As long as you meet all the criteria you should be fine to use the fixed rate method.
Private health insurance usually take until the end of July as well. I will probably wait until August since I also have dividends from vanguard EFTs purchased through Stake so hopefully they go through pre-fill so I don't have to do it manually.

Yeah some private health is starting to flow through now but not all. Yeah definitely have to wait on the Vanguard stuff.

Hi, I am new worker foreing citizen for tax purpose in Australia Worked approx 1 month, I got 19163 AUD and paid tax 6942 AUD and when I saw Tax ready In ATO I logded for tax return. Now I check final asseament date is 12 th July. However no income, there is written 714 AUS credit. I dont understand why ?when I lodged it was written estimated income should be 754 AUD. Could you give some details to me?

I didn’t lodge your return so I don’t know why it’s changed but it sounds like your income is different to what you lodged. Best to do would be to check with the ATO

I‘m on a WHV visa I earned 150k before tax last year I started my tax claim without any deductions it’s saying I owe the ato 4.5k$ how is that possible?

Sound like your employer might have made an error in what they were deducting each pay. Possibly they got the working holiday visa tax rate and regular tax rates mixed up? By the way, what job are you doing getting 150k on a working holiday!?!? That’s good money 💰

Where do you find the ‘tax ready’
Lodged my return with all details ready, everything lining up with my previous years return where I got over 2k, but my estimated return this year is $8. What is going on here???

Something would be different compared to your prior year. Maybe the tax withholding or your total income
