Urbex: Exploring Cracked Up ABANDONED House
Ойын-сауық
Another archived video which features an exploration of a larger abandoned farmhouse and farm that has been abandoned since around 2010. Due to enormous frost heaving in the basement, it has caused structural damage which is evident by the many cracks and gaps in the walls throughout the house as well as the foundation itself. It appears like they wanted to renovate it at one time, but when the structure starts to shift or fail like this one, it's likely too far gone. I suspect that's why this place was left to rot.

You have been missed. So many urbexers add fake stuff. You appreciate the houses and are sensitive to previous owners. You take your time and really make your viewers feel that we are there with you. Do you still have your birds ?

I'm always so happy to see a new video from you Pam. You set the bar high for other explorers.
Someone was very talented that painted the lovely mural in that bedroom.
2 places I'd be too scared to check out on my own *the attic and the basement!* I love your urban exploration videos, yours are the only ones I watch because I love how you talk to us as your exploring, you show everything and your voice is so soft. Thank you for uploading! Stay safe.
Loved the curved kitchen cupboards and the bedroom with the mural. Must have been a loved family home once upon a time. Thanks for sharing👍🏻🙂
*Thank God, you returned making video's.*
Always good to see you. Your videos were soothing during a very painful time in my life. Thank you.

@@TikiTrex Thank you, Tiki. Life is better now and I'm back on track. Your videos helped me get through some very long, sleepless nights alone. I was so sad to see you seemingly abandoned the channel but I'm so happy you do make a return every so often. I always look forward to more. :)

@@Ma6roshi23 I hope things are better for you. If not, it will change and each day can be the life-changing day. I'm living proof that life will improve. I contemplated the worst-case scenario for weeks and even prepared for it. It makes me sad to think I might have ended a life that did improve and is better now than it was before. But just keep pushing forward and it will turn around. I promise :) And if you're in a better place now then I'm happy for you and hope you never have to see the same dark side I saw for way too long

That has to be the cleanest abandoned house you have explored. There is nothing like a new video and that world famous voice. Thanks so much for posting. Frank in Ohio #1 fan

That means a lot, Frank! Thanks #1!
Looks like they were in the process of remodeling when the heaving started causing them to abandon ship. Too bad, it’s a cool house! Thanks Tiki!
Looks like that place has some severe problems with the foundations & 'settlement' of the earth there. Must have been very upsetting for the people whose home it was, having to move out. Thankyou for sharing your explore.
I am from the UK and you were the first urban explorer that i started watching a few years ago, i am so glad you have started to post videos again as i relay love your work.

Attic creatures attack you from above, basement creatures attack you from below. It's perfectly normal to scream and run fast away :)
Great commentary as ever. Such a shame to see a house that was once full of life left to fall apart .Stay safe. Thank you.
Fortunately this abandoned house doesn't bare the hallmarks of it's previous inhabitants dying off with no direct inheritors left and/or interested in maintaining. My guess is the owners had contractors in conducting renovations and serious structural faults were discovered in the house's structural integrity, leading to the sale of the compromised house and (more importantly to buyers), the surrounding agricultural land. As the house was of no use, all the piping, insulation ect. were repurposed in a new build elsewhere.
It's always so sad to see a house in this condition. It makes me wonder about all of the families that have lived there. If the walls could talk! Thanks for sharing!
I used to be in love with this lady, watched the channel non stop when I was going through some really bad stuff back in 2013..

Thanks for sharing and another amazing find! I love that kitchen you showed!
So nice to see you back. Even though there is nothing really left in the house, I love looking at what is there. The rounded kitchen corners on the cabinets were unique as was the colorful room with the mural. I thought it had to be a girl's room. Thanks for the tour.
7:25 those are short pieces of lath. You got a real nice shot of it at 6:35. They would nail these strips on and apply the plaster directly over them. If you look closely at the plaster you will see that its full of horsehair as a fibre for strength and ironically to avoid cracking.
I love that kitchen
Lovely vintage kitchen cabinets

Good to see new video from you. In the basement nature shows that soon it takes back what's its.
So happy you are posting again. I always feel like I’m right there with you. Fascinating just be safe
I am so glad you are back. I first found your channel about a year ago and I watched. Every. Video. Then there were none. Then there was one! And you realize now you’ve uploaded two in a month our hopes are raised. Loved the weird, rounded kitchen cabinets in this one - intrigued by the doors on the ends. Can’t decide if that was a better use of space or just a “look”. Hope you’re out filming again too, but I’m so grateful for whatever you upload. Thanks!
A great explore. Retro kitchen was cool. It's a shame they didn't finish the renovation, would be a cool house.
You're back! So happy to get your videos again. Missed you so much. God bless
Great explore Tikki, loved that mural upstairs. Looks like the foundation has some major issues due to the ground heaving, what a shame as it's a nice well built home otherwise. That open well is really dangerous - hopefully someone puts a cover on that ASAP! Thanks for taking us along!

you are such an underrated and underappreciated channel. i gotta say i absolutely love your videos, thank you so much for entertaining me and being so full of life all the time
So glad you are back to exploring!! Great video!
I suspect the owners had to abandon the house due to shifting of the foundation, hence the numerous cracks through out the house. There is an untold story here. I would assume the shifting started after purchasing the property as I cannot see anyone buying it in that condition. That out building, at some point, must have had an apartment on the 2nd floor as the walls were plastered and painted. As always, enjoyed it.
You're back! You're back! So happy!
Glad to see you back
Wonderful to have you back on KZread again 😁
So glad your back!!! Love your videos!!
Awesome and relaxing, as always very well done.
What a nice house this was at one time! I especially loved the "Garden Room" upstairs, with the flowers, birds and butterflies painted on the walls. I'm SOOOO Happy you're back!
It's a great day when I get my notification that you've posted a new video! Thanks for another fun little adventure!
I literally squealed with delight when I saw that you uploaded a new one today! I love your explorations! You greatly inspired me in my desires to explore! Love that room with the surrounding moral!
A great find and enjoyed your video and glad you are back...
been watching for a couple of years, finally subscribed. i absolutely love your voice. could listen to you all day. keep up the fine work and i'll look forward to the next one.
Very glad to hear from you again! love the old homestead especially the barn.
It’s really good to see you uploading again! I’ve always Loved your videos!
Looks like the house has settle tremendously making the high points near where the house used to set and the low points where it has gone down to. Probably why nobody lives there anymore.
I think it might be still fixable. Floor in the basement needs chiseled apart and redone. The right carpenter could still save this place..but it needs to happen soon.
Good to see you back super clean house a little love could bring it back again thanks for sharing this one.
What a treat! TY, Tiki!!!😊

@tikiTrex so happy to see you back ! ive been lost with out you lady! all the other urban exploration is pretty bad compared to you . VERY happy to see you back .
Outstanding work
I'm so glad to see you back on here. I love watching your videos.
The house itself is older but that red splash board in the kitchen is late 1950's. That's when a lot of old homes up-graded. The 1910 house I live in has the pink tub and toilet.
Nice ,great to see more from you , keep them coming. Cheers from Minden Ontario
another wonderful video!!
Another great video!!!! Your videos are so clear and you explain everything in great detail which I appreciate. Please keep the fantastic videos coming. I have watched every video you have on KZread!!!!! I'm a fan for life🙂🙂🙂

Another great explore indeed! That had been a really nice old home at one time, but I believe there's too much structural damage to consider any renovations. Looking forward to the next one!

Love this place, the kitchen cabinets scream vintage 50's... the rooms looked amazing.. that one room with the art was pretty too.. someone obviously loved the house... My mom did stuff like that in various houses.. she put in stained glass windows and stuff but the place was destroyed during Hurricane Charlie.. by that time we lived somewhere else.
Great video thanks
Really enjoy watching your videos thank you. Denise NJ
Those frost heaves are something else! I've never seen any so dramatic.
Nice explore. That place looks like it was abandoned longer than 2010, even though the proof states otherwise. Whenever I see kitchens in these big abandoned homes, I imagine the thousands of meals that were lovingly prepared in them over the years, through the holidays, birthdays, family events, happy times, sad times and everything in between. So many stories those walls could tell. Homes are such a part of our human existence, like part of the family. Wonder what this family was like in the home’s heyday.
Seems like if the foundation was a lot more stable, maybe there would still be some life in that house. I bet it was pretty awesome back in it's prime. Great video Pam!
I am so glad you are back on You Tube! :D
It's so cool I miss your videos and your voice love your abandoned places
The bird on the wall at 10.14 looks like a male kingfisher. Great video.

Nice to see you Abandoned Steve.
This reminds me of several houses explored by Urbex Indigo (Australian). Apparently the ground there is unstable, resulting in cracked foundations and walls - resulting in abandoned houses.
I love the kitchen!
I like your narration even if your not sure of its history, your ideas and thoughts of what it could have been is interesting. Also just pointing out things you notice, makes your videos worth watching.
