I'm happy to meet you for a co-lab and you can have a go on our bike as well if you are interested?!? You might have to bring a spare pair of pants as our bike's got a bit of a kick to it if you know what I mean, lol!😂😂

Thanks for the video! I heard of UNI MK's before, but was not familiar with them here in the US. Very functional design, and being able to bolt accessories on the back of the frame is brilliant. I especially like the looks of the lockable panniers. Most of my friends have Super73's and Ariel Riders, but I needed something that would fold and fit in the boot of my car, so I had to pick something else.

No problem! Yeah the accessories and add-ons are a huge draw. I've seen some crazy trailers and even side cars 😃 I actually put the UNI MK in my boot once last year but never again!! Way too heavy to lift in and out solo 😆

Great video! I hope you make more videos of you riding it. I went the alternative route and bought a Mototec Fat Tire Electric Scooter (2000w, 18 AH, 60v). It t goes up to 32 mph and has a 20 mile range. It is non-stop fun and I can ride it almost anywhere. I appreciate the Ariel Rider and Super 73 videos, but I also want to see other people representing their e-bikes or e-scooters as well.

Hey, thanks! When riding solo it cruises up hill without much effort. However when I have my wife/kid/passenger on the back and two batteries (about an extra 45-55KG) it needs some effort haha! Overall no complaints from me :) Good luck with your quest for a new bike - if you were thinking of a UD bike, they currently have a huge sale on. Cheers for stopping by!

@@petebro3881 Not far at all then really. Our coffee shop is in Enfield, Bush Hill Park. I'm hoping to have a fleet of UD bikes to offer for test rides in the coming weeks. I''ll keep you posted!

Thanks for answering my exact question haha. I love the looks of this bike, but I think the Super73 looks a wee bit cooler. But hey, I need to be able to bring my two kids to school and this one is the winner in that case.

I hear you. Super73's definitely have a cool modern aesthetic, no doubt. I think the UNI Mk has a timelessness about the design. In 10-20 years I think they'll be iconic. Regarding transporting passengers, there is no contest! Happy riding and thanks for stopping by 🙌

@@ostentatiousostrich yeah I live in London so I know the feeling 😞 UD now do a built in gps tracker and I’m hearing very good things about it. May have to get one and review it. I mostly bring my bike in with me wherever I go and if I can’t bring it in I have a kryptonite d-lock and cable (I have also used a rain cover as well so it looks like it’s a motorbike covered up 😄). I know ebikers that also insure their bikes for this exact reason. It is the most annoying thing about owning an ebike.

@@JamesStanton I have an Apple Airtag hidden on my cargo e-bike and will probably do the same if I decide to go for the Unimoke haha. It's also insured, but it'll still cost a couple of hundred to replace it, unfortunately. I like the way you mounted your d-lock. Is that a custom solution, or?

@@ostentatiousostrich nah its not custom, it came with the D-lock but it is very handy! Let me know what you end up going for and what your security setup is - btw there is currently a pretty good offer over at UD - think its €500 off a bike.

How is the bike holding up any problems 🤔 am planning to get this bike so I can use it to take my child to school and other places are the official mudguards good at stopping the water from wetting up the rider.

I think they are the ugliest bikes going but they look fun and simple. Plenty of room for extra battery capacity.

@@fender1000100 hey! No need for an extra battery. The latest UNI MK comes with a standard 80km range battery and there’s an option to upgrade to a 100km range. I have two batteries as my UNI MK is 3 yrs old (when battery range was limited to 30-40km)
