Thanks for the review. I feel like Urban Decay probably excels the most with foundations. All Nighter foundation was my go-to for years, made my skin look flawless. I had to eventually give it up because it was way too drying for my skin. I’ve never found another foundation that makes my skin look that good. This new one looks good. Since my old skin is never oily, it might work for someone like me. 🤣

Love your reviews. I don't like matte finishes so this won't be for me but I think we have similar skin tones so your videos help me with shades.

I would have to guess the "Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate" in the ingredients is what is causing kinda "dewy" finish. It's used to create a "shimmery or reflective effect" in make-up & skin care & being its kinda midway on ingred deck, it's mild. That's just my guess, I'm no lab tech! Lol

You have such natural beauty! And you have sold me on this product. I gotta try it!

Wow! This is really beautiful! Your blush and bronzer went on so well! I wonder how it might be with a primer? It might work for me! I’m still very happy with the KVD serum foundation, but it’s getting warmer and I had a heck of a time the other morning when I was a little warm and perspiring. I had a mess going on!

Have you tried the yummy skin balm powder? I got the wrong colour, and it showed up patches of dry skin but I'm using it with a brush as a primer and it's amazing. No powder - didn't even need to blot at lunchtime which is amazing. I'm going to use the one I got and then get the universal one. It's amazing on my combo skin and it does kind of blur too which is cool. I'm really interested in this, but I understand they're discontinuing the stay naked to make space for it and I love that foundation.

It’s definitely a mat natural kind of finish on me, I’m combo to dry. Im in love with its lack of separation especially with my fine lines (i work 12 hour shifts). Does those separate or pool in fine lines for true combination skin? Ive been thinking of getting it for my daughter for her birthday but not if it wont work for her.

I can see the foundation on your skin; maybe that is because of the color, but it seems like it didn’t actually blend out that well. I have heard this is good for dry skin, but I’ve seen terrible reviews from people with oil/combo. You always look beautiful though.

Hummmm, i just may have to give this a try…maybe. I just received the new Lisa Eldridge skin tint and I’ll give it a whirl first to see how it goes.

The last product I tried from Urban Decay was their disastrous Wild Greens palette. The quality in that is so subpar. For example if I put Twist on one eye and Messy on the other eye (from BH BFF palette) the quality difference is crazy, and BH is at least 2-3 times cheaper. Unbelievable. They seem to be better at complexion, though what Ive tried so far breaks me out. Im impressed it didn't separate and cake up at the end of the day. But Im scared. I've decided to stick to It cosmetics, Physicians formula, Dermablend and the such for complexion makeup

I bought 6 foundations this Sephora sale, I wanted to try the Urban Decay but I was not sure. One that I bought was the Hourglass and so far not a fan, I keep trying it with different primers and moisturizer. It looks awful on my dry skin. @@angelaabright Yes I wanted to try a bunch of them, I only had two and one is almost gone. I got the Dior foundation, Valentino, Prada, Pat McGrath which it’s beautiful on my dry skin, the YSL is also gorgeous. I want to try them throughly before I go to the next. The Haus of labs was also on my radar, but I’m not buying until I’m done with at least two of the ones I bought lol. My friend wears it and she has oil skin, it looks gorgeous on her so idk how it would look in my dry skin.😂🫣

The dupe is by L’Oréal Age Perfect radiant serum foundation. I love it.

I agree, it’s not matte. Still, it looks beautiful on you and I love the solo cats eye.

What about transfer to cell phones or clothing?

My skin is extremely dry, I am curious to know how it would wear on my dry skin. I do the Yves St Laurant moisturizing primer.

I thought it was a bit too yellow too. Even though it’s a neutral, I think a cool would be better

Just remember that it says self setting but even when you do set you add powder later in the day. I hope that makes sense. I have oily skin and there is nothing that is going to make my foundation not oily after five hours of wear.

How long do you typically let your foundation sit on your skin before setting it with powder?

Good question I've never really thought about that haha. Well after adding my spot concealer + setting my undereyes probably at least 3+ minutes

Honestly, at the beginning of the video your skin already looked a little oily, I don't know which moisturizer you use, but I have combination skin and products with niacinamide help a lot with acne, and don't leave the skin oily. For oily skin, it is best not to use moisturizers with oil to avoid causing more acne. But niacinamide, at least for me, always helps a lot in controlling oil and removing blemishes.

Have you tried to do TCA peels? Chemical peel at home. You're a great candidate which can help get rid of acne scars and blemishes. I just ordered some for myself from Platinum skin care . They have how to videos all over their web site. 🙃❤
