Being a Bihari , I'm really glad to see that a guy from our neighbour state has become all-india male topper in UPSC . I hope that more and more youngesters from Assam crack this exam in subsequent years and create an ecosystem of hardcore competitive environment in Assam.

@@rayrudranath08 Yes Bihar doesn't touch the border of Assam but yet from eastern parts of Bihar,it takes hardly 8-9 hrs to enter Assam so almost feels like a neighbour State.
