He is not a tyrant. He made free electricity and free education and healthcare. You are just very ignorant for supporting ISIS rebels that destroyed Lybia and betrayed their own country.

@@monke5096 Any ruler can spend their country's vast oil wealth on free stuff to buy the population's loyalty. It doesn't take a genius or an especially selfless person. Saudi Arabia and other gulf monarchies are not much different. Gaddafi was still a tyrant who wiped out any political opposition.

it was under tyranny before 1969. now again it has been under tyranny since 2011. from 1969 to 1977, it was under popular, revolutionary leadership. from 1977-2011, it was the only direct democracy (Jamahiriya) in the world.
