Yes, you are right. I also faced the same problem. I received an Income Tax email regarding my credit card usage for booking flight tickets and other expenses related to my office. The total expenditure exceeded my salary. I received the notice six years after the transactions occurred. During that period, I resigned from my previous company and joined another. I contacted my former employer to obtain the usage documents and promptly provided the details to the tax authorities. I understand the importance of using the credit card strictly for personal expenses.

What happened bro solved?

Basically, if your income is more than 2.5L/year file ITR to make clarity to IT that my total income is this much... Even if you do not have more than 2.5L/year but your credit card transactions are more than 10L per year, file your ITR with actual income, expense, and loan details

I have been filing IT return since 2005. Recently a year ago IT portal changed to new interface. This time I noticed a demand raised for the year 2009 for Rs around 1,800/-. It was not showing in old portal!. Being small money, I paid it though time barred. Guess what? . I was asked to pay interest or penalty of around another Rs 1,800/- . :). They have our financial horoscope.

அதைத்தான் தற்போது மத்திய நிதியமைச்சர் நிர்மலா சீதாராமன் இந்த பட்ஜெட்டில் தள்ளுபடி செய்துவிட்டார் . ஏன் அவசரப்பட்டு கட்டினீர்கள்.? பழைய நடைமுறைப்படி கூட ₹25000 கீழ் வரி செலுத்த வேண்டியது இருந்தாலும் நோட்டீஸ் அனுப்ப ஆணையிட்டார் களே தவிர கடுமையான நடவடிக்கைக்கு உட்படுத்த மாட்டார்கள். Faceless assessment மூலமாக வரி படிவங்கள் பரிசீலனை செய்யப்படுவதால் ₹25000 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட வரி ஏய்ப்பு நபர்களை கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து அபராதம் விதிக்கிறார் கள். சிறிய தொகை என்றால் நெருக்கடி கொடுப்பதில்லை.

1 lakh per day. You may pay multiple times with the same or different upi apps. Total 1 lakh per day.
