Upgrading the graphics of Lego Racers

This is part 3 and for now the last segment of making Lego Racers in Unity, in this video I implement powerups and shortcuts, I also improve the visuals of the tracks by writing a custom shader.

Do you know how to make the other contestants as good as the boss himself to make the race more competitive?
How did you make it work 16:9? Also, when I start the game I have weird graphics glitches where the shadows or some textures are just squares on the screen.
