​@NorthSide Custom RC whats up bro I'm new to the rc lowrider scene. I'm about to purchase my first car this week a 59 impala . I ordered the blue servo arm 1.25 can I use the hopper Shocks from shunk hobbies or do I need a longer servo horn ? Thank you

I'm trying to install the redcat lowrider aluminum shocks on a fifty-four, But I noticed that the back struts screw does not fit? Wich servo will fit. Thank you awesome content 👏🏾 🙌

Kudos to you for having some of the best videos out there with great information. If it were not for you, I would be lost. Could you post up more information about the monte carlo? I have a monte that I want to build and I know the servos, bec, lipo are a must. What about servo horns on the rear of the monte?what needs to be done with the motor to flip it? How do I go about moving g the servos for hopping the monte? I have watched a lot of videos talking about the basic things I've listed, but no one really covers a deep dive into making it all happen. I am new to the lowrider rcs and I have a goal in mind, but unsure how to get there.

Where did u get the chrome extended servo horn in the video?

I was wondering I put the 1.75 blue on my impala. I wanted to do the flip mod drive shaft an i did but when i pick the rear up the drive shaft separates an pop out one another. What length driveshaft would you suggest. Thank you in advance. Keep up the great work

What's the size of screw and nut ? My shocks came with no nuts

Thank You! Best Channel for my 64 & Monte Carlo (and now 59 Impala) Lowrider Builds Brother!👍🏻so, stock 64 servo Horn is... 1 25" or 1.5"? In your testing, at what point do you run into clearance issues with the interior at the "speaker humps?" Possible correction at EPA? ✌🏻

The original rear servo horn on 64/59 is 34mm a smidge over 1.25in I found the low profile servo horn can go as big as 1.5in with low profile servo gets most clearance might need to file a bit for room for shocks but not much, not enough to be called a cut lolol I had remove about 1mm from chrome chassis but bit of that is just chrome plating.

Speaker hump clearance will come to shock length cuz even stock horn will contact them with long shocks, the longer horn tho rotates less back to get axle up this helps but it's a balance thing. If aiming for high lift can go convertible and cut out speakers completely then cover it all with the rag top cover, I did this with the red vert, I got this new convertible interior finna see if it clears, plus got the regular Kandy and Chrome interior to test. But it's a pain how tight that clearance is too, I should gone over it a bit

@@NorthSideCustomRC I've seen some people paint the stock Redcat Servo Horns. But aluminum upgrades are best.👍🏻

Nice setup! Are you able to get the stance on that chrome chassis as low as with the original one that comes with the car without cutting into it?

Mucho Thx Homie, yeah I painted the Red Vert. She is SPaz Stix Candy Red Traxxas Metal flake and chrome black backer. This the car gonna take lotta focus next few months as she is Juiced up

@@chatobalencian1504 all sprayed on the inside... dont use black blacker, it darkens up things Its a easy way to fix a mistake is why I used it ;) Silver or chrome is better to back with as it will let the flake sparkle more.

Can buy whatever color and strip the color off with oven cleaner and then polish or leave as bare metal couldnt you? Or even custom paint the horns as desired

Thx the shock top has the ball and I use a m2 washer to space out the shock top the nut and screw come with the shocks

I'm learning as I go. Lol I usually keep my phone on a tripod but couldn't find the phone clamp lolol 😅 Found it tho as you probably can tell from newer videos
