UPGRADING MY LIFE! Slavic girl with dreams, becoming American WOMAN! SELFISH LIFE OF FREEDOM!

#selfimprovement #confidence #woman
We all were at some point gils with dreams and became a woman who makes her dreams reality.
I always believed in moving in life so I can become better and stronger, self improvement was very important to me because I was boxed for so long and at some points I was very ignorant and non tolerant to many things. Living abroad taught me manny lessons and helped me to be open to understand even the things I may don't believe in.
Comfort is sometimes our enemy, so I am grateful that my environment was uncomfortable so I could move in new direction and never look back, no regrets only appreciation of who I have become and I will be going forward.
Thank you for watching.

That's kinda the thing, that if you have whatever pain you go see a doctor, but not for mental pains,no therapist, that is still a taboo. It's getting slowly better but the prejudice is still there. Here on KZread is a great chanel about narcissism - that's what obviously your parents were- Richard Grannon.I haven't been on it for awhile,bc I don't need it anymore, I 've learned what I needed to learn and it was nice to know that everything that I was feeling or experiencing is quite common and has name and there are ways to deal with it.If anyone decide to check just know that there are some really weird people in the comment section.

Thank you so much I will check the profile. Yes it’s judged to ask to be understood, and if you need help they rather say you were born with mental issues rather than to accept they are the problem, it happened to my sibling. Thank you 🙏🏻

@@IvetParris honestly I 'm Czech as well, but don't live there, and things about mental health I do only in English or Dutch 😉so no Czech sorry.I get most of these things you go or went through. That getting physically ill before going somewhere or even reading text message I've been there.I would have to take a long walk before calming down, then read the message and another walk and read it again and answer it.I did a lot of walking 😅. Yeah my brother doesn't face his demons and now has a serious health issues. He won't listen to me so it is what it is.I gave him the tools and show him the path but no luck so far.Its his choice. By the way you're first "Czech" KZreadr that I like- I can get triggered sometimes but I have my breathing exercises - yoga and meditation helps.Good luck🙋🏻‍♀️

So nice to hear how us Slavic women are so strong mentally to pull ourselves out of situations before it's too late. Seems very common for it to happen, I'm happy to hear you prevail against the pain, thank you for sharing! -oldest immigrant daughter pains

We grew up in very limiting mentality of post war times and communism which held us in a box without knowledge of possibilities and the generation before us suffered through it the most and pushed it on us. But progress can’t be stopped 🥰🙏🏻❣️

I use the Anastasia pen which I use to draw thin strikes in Ebony color and I have the Dior pencil in ash tone but I don’t recall the exact name now. I don’t like warm tone eyebrow on me, it doesn’t work so the cool tones look much better, I have been playing with the idea of the eyebrow tint but I am scared they will make me look too much fake on day light.

Well in the 12hunderets the mongols traveled through Europe so I am sure there is some DNA but 1237 is far from today but you never know. I am Slavic and my parents and grandparents and my grand-grandparents were slavic but if back in 1237 someone left their DNA? Well it’s possible, and that’s all over Eastern Europe, but the same is with Latin genes and Arabic. Europe has very busy history, it’s very interesting I do recommended it to read about it.
