How to build independent rear suspension final assembly installation.
Modified live solid axle (4 link suspension) with watts link on Protlum coilovers is upgraded to IRS (independent rear suspension double A arms). On this video you can se how we have build rear subframe which is holding BMW e36 188mm differential from Racing diffs with LSD (limited slip differential). All subframe parts and suspension parts like a-arms, tie correction rods, are made from 4130 (25CrMo4) chromoly, knuckles or uprights are made from high grade (6082 T6) aluminum. Bump steer is minimized and roll center height can easily be changed as well as all other parameters like camber, castor, toe and anti squat. On rear end we do not use polyurethane bushes, all free moving joints are motorsport uniballs for better stability.

В любом случае молодцы! Индивидуально, дорого/богато + эффективно! Есть что доработать ещё,но в любом случае респект мужикам, что спроектировали и сами материально воплотили в жизнь! Это можно увидеть и потрогать руками + это работает ! Подвеска очень крутая, как и сама Жигули и их владельцы!

Wow very nice. Could you do this for my Delica (l400) 😁, which is already based on Pajero with irs, same floor pan no ladder frame.

That looks like a BMW medium case (188mm) differential? The rear cover is known to crack. You can buy reinforcement plate setups from Nerptech and others, but I just fabbed up my own.
