Do you know if its plug and play with the pre LCI models? I have a 2012 F25 2L Diesel SE, which has the basic skinny wheel with cruise control / audio controls on it. Plus, do you know the part number of the steering wheel you bought? Many Thx

Did the steering wheel controls work or it needed reprogrammed? Also where you did you get your exhaust from? I’ve been looking for something like that for a while now.

Plug and play, no programming. Exhaust is the stock m sport exhaust. It sounds great!

Do you have the BMW part number for the M Sport Steering Wheel?

Thanks! This was purchased from a BMW dealer on eBay a few years back. They are always available through different vendors on eBay.

No these are plug and play. Make sure get the steering wheels same as the one you have like not with lane changing assist etc then it may screw up

Any f8x wheel should bolt right in!

Just curious.... what about the shift paddles? Are there some buttons on the back of the M wheel or something?

That specific wheel did not have them but we will be installing them. It’s a simple oem bolt on job.

Hey, can you give some details about the Instrument cluster you have? Is it standard ? As my X3 does not have that. Just what's its called etc cause I'm not able to find it over common BMW retrofits websites. Thanks !

It’s the oem BMW cluster. Came stock on the 2015 x3 m sport. Didn’t touch it.

Is there a way to transfer vibration from original to a new one that does not have vibration?

The replacement wheel needs to have the same options as the stock wheel. I suppose you could try to add something like heat or vibration but it would probably be very complicated.

Hello, I have a question, if i Have F25 X3 and updating the steering wheel to the one with paddle shift and heated buttons, is it will work and worm up the wheel and use the paddle shift?

If you currently have heat/paddles, you will need to replace it with a wheel that has heat for the heat to work correctly.
