Love it! I want an X3MC in Marina Bay Blue in the worst way, and it sounds like the MSS kit resolves the major complaint of a harsh ride.

I really like the F97 Comp 🔥 and this is definitely no slouch now 💪🏽 Aside from the spacers (Imran mentioned in a reply already), I can imagine a wider wheel setup is next 👌🏽 Great video 👍🏽💯

Stage 2 is one of the funniest things someone can say. Probably the literal least amount of info you can specify about an upgrade.

Makes me miss my X3M Comp I sold during peak COVID lockdown. That was a really fun car! Happy with the X5 M50i I’ve acquired since, but it’s not close in peak handling.

I went a totally different direction for my fun car and got a MX-5 RF Club. It’s really a fun little weekend toy. I’m SOOOO Subscribed. I’m really really really torn in between the x3m and the X4M…..From my understanding the X4M has 50/50 weight balance. I love the coupe give. However the x3m is…..Idk….Lol….

Do you carry out wheel alignment after the springs were fitted?

We do not have alignment equipment, but recommend customers do after suspension work. An ideal time is after the springs have had a chance to settle and any adjustments have been made to the ride height.

I have the 2020 version of this and the ride is too stiff. What’s the #1 mod to do to address this issue?

Maybe you people just get a low model Focus or something. If you think the ride is too stiff I'm sorry but you don't deserve such a car!!

It's not a prebundled bodykit from one company, it's a whole mix of parts from 3 different companies (Hamann, 3D Design, RW Carbon)

If i were to do a cat back exhaust and the intake, would I be ok to not do any tuning in order to protect my factory warranty? Any advice would be appreciated because I am in Canada with not many local shops where I live. Thank you in advance! I watch all your guys content

Anything that is easily returnable to standard should be okay for long term warranty but it’s always best to clarify with your local dealer and get it in writing.

Same as it's always done. 4 to 5 hours depending on if the car has extended storage or not.

Hey Imran do you think the AA midpipe would hinder performance because it’s a single 3.5 inch pipe when the stock pipes are ( 2 ) 2.75 inch pipes?

No, it's still a significant performance increase, the main benefit of the single pipe is it reduces the tinny sound of the exhaust and makes it sound deeper and growlier.

Do the MSS springs have similar impact on the LCI ride quality? Comfort still Stinks for day to day

Enjoyed this video as others before. I owe a X3M 2021 and installed already downpipes and Akrapovic Evolution Line exhaust system. Sounds amazing as your system. Just curious if you did dyno tests before and after just exhaust system and downpipes installation. And I am interested about your stage 2 tune. I live in Canada. Will you require me to send ECU module to your shop? Thanks for your reply

We did not dyno test this car, typically just exhaust makes little to no difference unless removing emissions equipment. Where your car is built after June 2020 the ECU will have to be sent away to be unlocked, we can assist with this if you wish. Then we can tune remotely. Thanks for your quick response. Yes ECM is lacked and I did find a link in Finland that can brake it open. With your tune how much of a gains we are looking for? My exhaust system (catless) upgrade with downpipes give me extra 30HP

Yes we use Femto who are based in Finland, they are the only people offering this service. Yes removing the emissions equipment in the downpipe will provide a power gain.

Notice the rear suspension on a BMW X3///M is stamped steel, like a crappy 3-Series. Most ///M cars have cast aluminum suspension arms, with some joints being spherical bearings. My BMW F30 335i rear suspension is like Jello. Upgraded to F80 M3 control arms in front. Yikes!!

Ok I get the performance upgrade. But lowering it? The ride is pretty stiff already and handles better than a Corvette (exaggerating). And the factory exhaust in sport plus is impressive already

Your comment literally translates to: "Why strive to be exceptional when mediocre is just fine." And for the record the lowered ride with MSS is many many times comfier than stock, it's lowered AND less stiff.

In all seriousness, there comes a point when you buy a car for its features and you don’t need to be Ricky Racer slapping on carbon wings and lowering it etc... If you want a lowered performance vehicle why didn’t you buy the M3 CSL? Or the M4?

what's the point of a lowered x3m ? I would just buy an m3 touring ,no ? If I would buy an x3 would be for ground clearance

It’s still considerably higher than even a standard M3 Touring. Also the majority of people who own an SUV never take it off a paved road.

It has an incredibly harsh ride to begin with, with minimal suspension travel. How on earth can lowering it possibly make it more comfortable? Lowering an X3M makes about as much sense as lifting an M3. IMO.

The MSS in lowered setting is 10x comfier than stock, it's not just lowered, the MSS suspension system is key to a more comfortable and more stable ride

No matter what you doing to the exhaust, this engine will always sound awful 😢

Having an SUV isn't about the ride height, it's about having enough space to haul your wife, kids, 4 suitcases and dog in it. Even lowered it's still quite a bit higher than a hatchback or something similar

That's how all valved exhausts work, the outer tips are straight through are the inner tips are when the valves are closed.
