Another plus for Jabba and Leia is that they are very strong teams that also fulfil the 'no Jedi, Sith or UFU' requirements that come up so frequently on Boss nodes in Conquest.

And extra bonus point: Jabba has a good mix of Light & Dark in his top team, with a Dark tank & 2 extra dark, plus 2 LS chars inside it. For the 'light & dark side character survive' feat, Jabba is pretty much the best GL out of the box.

Ah, I remember back when JML was the "too expensive" GL with too many counters that he wasn't worth going for. Now he's without a doubt one of the most beloved and important!

Completely agree on Bo Katan. I love using that team, they work fantastically together and weren't dc dependent.

I fake ships in kyber league so it's possible. I also still have no GLs so conquest and legendary characters layered with mods and datacrons PLUS tactics in defense also prove very effective in GAC.

In rote, I run slkr, sith trooper, kru, malak, and set against the nightsister. Really helps lower the chance of slkr being targeted.

Even though Jedi Cal requires kyros, I don't think you gave enough credit to the fact that he only needs g12 characters. So that is 100 kyros less per character and no relics. So that for me is a way easier farm compared to everything else on this list.

I farmed for Bo Katan, but even with mod guides there us just no hope. I gave up and went to Executor.

GL's are not being devalued.. just because there is off meta counters does not mean anything. If both you and your opponent have the off meta counters but your opponent has GL's to place and you don't.. who is at the advantage? In the end you will eventually need the GL's as well as the off meta counters to be competitive.

Sure you'll need them eventually. I'm not saying they are awful. You see the list I made - there are GLs mixed in for sure. They are a pretty steep price compared to the teams beating them however.

@@Xaereth Yeah pretty steep but like in the instance of SLKR.. you essentially get two teams and a fleet out of it. SLKR's team, a useful TW offensive team in Captain Phasma.. and the Finalizer fleet. It obviously varies from GL to GL of course however.
