Thanks for the video, is there any banks you recommend to open digital account, as mostly I have heard of not very good comments about most of the banks that giving this service in Pakistan?

The main issue he is trying to explain is that Pakistan govt have stopped dollar rate on banking channels which should be free floating thats why people will not send money this is not being anti Pakistani

Can we transfer money to anyone using RDA account out of Pakistan? Someone other then myself? And receive money from anyone else?

I aggressively invested in RDA till around March this year. Since the meltdown, I've stopped. Not repatriating yet, but not investing either. This year has been an eye opener for expats that they need to have a solid investment stream outside Pakistan.

Salam I didn't understand the 15% is it bank fees or the exchange rate which is lower in conversion on the RDA compared to the local market? For exemple if i send and convert 10 000€ would I only have the equivalent of 85% of this sum on my RDA?

Not at all. Lets say, If you send 1000 Euros, and the profit generated on that is 60 Euro per year - than you will receive 51 Euros (9 Euros would be deducted as tax on profit)

Irony is that you also agree to it living in sports city :) However, I agree that the sports can be watched by kids to stimulate their minds - and everyone of all ages should play sports to keep oneself healthy - however, mindlessly binge watching sports and discussing that does not add up to any kind of productivity.

@@WaliKhan_2k Exactly. Wali bhai, no doubt sports in any form is a good exercise physical as well as mental but watching it for hours, does not make any sense for me. A financial benefit for the sports entertainment industry though. Anyways love watching your videos, i think i started following a year ago and you motivated me to invest and diversify. I am not 100% sure if that's required but for US residents whenever you are opening the bank accounts abroad, you must enter relevant information.

@imran why did u add ur ss#??? U dun have 2 n wasnt required. Ur nicop, pak passport, us passport or GC, paystub and W-9 form, then account is open

Tbh Pakistan's situation is so bad right now because of incompetence of the ruling thugs, import is ban and I can't even send money outside Pakistan. i came back Pakistan with so many dreams now planning to go back again and with family this time and I assume people who can will leave eventually.

No one knows for sure - there are many possibilities.

Dear, what about the other way around. If some1 earning in pakistan, and sending money to middle East for buying INPC (eg any cousin sending money, tell him to add dollar in my INPC and I will give the same amount in pak to his family) and then after maturity I will take the dollar in cash in that country and bring it to pak and exchange it in open market. What is your opinion about this strategy. (I hope the bank will give me dollar in that middle East Country, rather than convert into pkr and then again pkr into dollar. Kindly Answer this query as well.) By the way, you are doing a very job, love your video and get financially educated in personal finances because of you from your videos.

Let's say if I send $1000 to roshan digital account. Does that mean they would cut off 15 percent of my actual account?

Wali Sab, need your advice, I invested 5M PKR in NPC for 3 months. When I transfer money from Dubai to PKR rate was 60.90 and total 82,101/-AED for PKR 5M. Now if the rate goes 65, my original amount will devalue (reduce) to 76,923/-AED, that means 5,178/-AED my money reduced. Even if I get 15% profit on NPC 3 months then minus 10% withholding tax, I will make 2,770/-AED after 3 months with NPC. So, even 15% profit made minus PKR devaluation amount. It means I am in loss of 2,408/-AED for putting 50M in NPC. Am I right? Please correct if I am wrong.

yes - if you get the redemption rate @ 65. However, the bank rate is still 60.9 - check with your bank in case you redeem what would be the rate.

Guys, you need to learn from Nigeria where parallel is too strong that banks even don't have FX anymore. Parallel marker offer 300 more as compared to bank rates (450 vs 755), it even crossed 400 few months ago. Their remittances are going down day by day. Similar thing gonna happen here in Pakistan if Govt didn't take corrective actions.

Oversees pakistan should support Pakistan in this difficult time. Dont think about personal gains and losses

I always use banking channel .. dollor snuggling on top from peshawar to Agfanistan. So much propaganda against Pakistan reason simple bad politics .power struggle .. political party on road did strong marketing default Pakistan .. that is uncertain situation mafia active .. Be positive and realistic without political affiliation. RDA account now more benefits than before. My home kitchen easlity run via sohni darti points. Last three years I never able to get benefits.. basic question what is actually value of dollor in reel?

@@WaliKhan_2k I am not economist or related to finance person. But in my opinion after elections all will going well. InshaAllah. This is not long term financial fluctuations in Pakistan. Probably we need stable government. Bat rhe specifically RDA/NPC ki , its depends how you compare to other banking products and with respect to property investment and many other factors. Every investment has pros and cons indeed.

It’s my criteria :-) I don’t consider playing sports as waste of time at all. Moreover, I don’t mind kids watching sports - that makes them think differently. But for grown up adults complaining about inflation and wasting time watching sports is simply not acceptable. It's true unfortunately... Especially watching ODI and Test matches is the most unproductive activity in the world.. Occasionally watching sports is ok in ny opinion. I have become a lot more productive by cutting down on my sports watching.
