That would make perfect sense. I was hoping to find a solution for rust stain removal for more than just the curtain, our clothes are stained as well due to the hard water.

As soon as I seen you spraying on top of the counter I immediately thought, oh no, that is going to bleed through and etch the counter. Been there and done that with my marble. I would love to replace it all and go back to porcelain where the durability and upkeep is easier. Good luck and thanks for showing the boo boo.

Hi Lynanne. I love marble so much, not sure I can ever go back but yes the durability factor of porcelain is hard to resist. You can have the mark fixed by a professional who can re-polish the marble and yes marble is delicate for sure. Simple everyday products like vinegar can damage the surface. Lots to consider when buying marble. Thanks for commenting, have a great day :)

There is cleaner for marble and polish that you could try. I use granite gold on my counters. You spray on , wipe off and buff. It gets glossy and shiny. I have water stain or rust on my curtains . I hope your cleaner works. If so, I will try it too. I enjoy you so much and your decorating. Thanks much pat

Put in the washer machine with a cup of iron out . Then let it air out on the deck if you don’t have a clothes line .

Hi Linda, we replaced our broken water softener. Look into getting a whole home water softener, that does the trick! Hard water is what causes the rust color and stains.

I think it's called wash or flash remover. You can use Lysol.

Is there a reason why you don’t say what cleaning products you used? The end results are fantastic but we have no idea what to use to try it ourselves.

Hi, I linked the product in the description. I didn't want to say just the name because the manufacturer makes several cleaning products but not all contain the active ingredient to remove rust. Trying not to confuse anyone. Hope that helps

It's called rust cleaner, rust & stain she show it once.

I wish I saw this update before I went and ruined my marble shower tile based on your first video. What product are you talking about that could fix the tile? I guess I learned a hard lesson not to believe everything you see on the internet. You should really take that first video down.

Hi Denise, you can hire a tile company to come in and restore the polish that was removed by the cleaner.
