Tell the business owner who operates out the container to stop gouging customers. It's disgusting to increase prices in times like these. A case of water from $40 to $80. All other businesses have increase business expenses and none of them have engaged in this unethical, criminal behavior. It's same folks who have supported your business over the years. You will make back your losses but to drastically increase prices like is unconscionable. They're folks who lost everything and don't have any money. You should be boycotted. The government is very laxed. An example should be made that such should not be tolerated.

outrageous! they the ones built that new “super”market? sad. but government is responsible for monitoring anti gouging. penalties for profiteering should be already enshrined in the criminal code i would think or emergency measures act.

Why exactly are these useless folks going to Carriacou? There is no need for official tours and tour guides. Carriacou and PM need lots of linesman to restore power and construction workers...chain saws etc. NADMA should be disbanded. The folks seems good at administration but have no clue about foot on the ground. Driving around with their windows up does not help. Using a loud speaker with a recording of the minister does not help. Instead , the loud speaker should be used consistently every day to inform residents where to go and request volunteers. There are no clear directions from NADMA. Centralizing emergency supplies to residents does not help. The folks at NADMA has no compassion and are unfit for times like these. This not time for ego and power tripping. Stop treating local residents like they're beggars. Folks are truly in need and are distraught. Supplies should be kitted for ease of distribution. Expecting residents to identify a truck with supplies with no marking is crazy. The items are not in kits. Two workers on top of the truck have to rummage in bags to find items to give to residents. NADMA is not ready for this. I truly hope they use this as learning experience.

things look real bad and they are! but what i’m seeing is an orderly disbursement of aid to Carriacou. it appears organized, Grenadian military are involved. it’s never enough but so far it has been quick and i dearly hope, effective. to my friend Manny from PSM - prayers bud!
