I believe each of us is different, I'm taking Tirzepatide 2.5mg the first 4 injections I took it in my stomach, and the only side effect was constipation and I only loss 5.5 I was expecting to lose a little more. So I decided to switch site and the 5th week I remain on 2.5mg but started taking my injections in my thigh, I seen better results, loss 1.7 after taking it in right thigh and 3.6 after taking it in left thigh. Not sure if the site had anything to do with it, but whatever it was I'm happy, now I will say the day before my 3rd injections in my thighs, I experienced bad bad sulfur burps and diarrhea all that night and about 3:00am I couldn't take the sulfur burps no longer so I had to pull up a video to see what I can take and I only had one of the remedy in the house and that was apple cider vinegar 🤩and it worked thank you Jesus. I was able to through out the rest of the morning, till about 6:00am then the diarrhea woke me up again but no more sulfur burps.

I find it so fascinating how we all have different reactions/side effects in different injection sites! Good luck on your journey, you are crushing it!

I have a theory that the best site might be where you carry the most fat. Everyone carries it in different spots and that may explain the differences in people’s experiences

It would make perfect sense. I still find my stomach to be my best injection site.

I am back to my stomach. It’s easier and still experience little side effects. Even as my weight loss has slowed down I am just celebrating not gaining or losing weight.5lbs a week. And less on injection sites. But say that now and next month I may try out my thigh again. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think you have it right and it does depend on the person. I know it is said that bioavailability is the same regardless of location. BUT absorption is not, the fastest absorption in order is stomach, arms, and then thighs for many people. That said, I have the least amount of side effects and greatest weight loss on my right side. I lost double on my right arm and thigh. I can tolerate the left thigh but my left arm gave me the worst side effects and I lost the least. I waited until I was on a dose for over a month before I did this experiment. If I had a choice, right thigh would be every time but I force myself to alternate injection sites. I haven't done my stomach due to scar tissue and I still might try it eventually if I stall. 🙂

I'm not sure the injection site makes much difference, but I haven't lost any weight in four months so I am going to try your advice.

@@JenelleKetcham Thank you for asking! No, in fact I have gained a little. I am not experiencing any appetite suppression at all at 15mg/every five days.
