I am 1 month and a half smoke free. Your video and other videos of youtubers quitting smoking, really helped me. It s good not to be addicted to a harmful substance. I've done to my body enough harm

how did it go? success? I would like to know..

I actually have been struggling with this myself, and went a couple months smoke free and went back to smoking and I've started again, month strong, I know it's not a lot but it's good! I mean you said you didn't smoke a lot and I can compare to that because it was kind of just like maybe a couple a day but it was like to the point where I actually needed it especially when I become stressed even now, like I just want to have one. But yeah it's hard to quit once you start going. Congrats though I'm proud of you! And thanks for routing for me (:

Hey Victoria, How did it go? Many people suffer when they quit, but trust me it should not be that way. When you understand how addiction works, you can break it very EASY. But again, many people do not consider smoking as addiction or serious drug, sadly. Good Luck !

You are really beautiful girl, it always make me wonder why such a tender creatures even start smoking For 3 years I was smoking, but somehow someway i managed to quit and I was not smoking for 2 happy years, and then I slipped. Smoked for 6 months but then quit again - was'nt smoking for 6 months and started again. It really feels like its killing me

My advice would be to stop struggling and learn addiction. Because it is EASY when you understand what is causing all your suffering. Wish you good luck!
