I wish that I was still there in NC to help you out with your problems and time crunch. Good luck and don't get too rushed that you make mistakes which take you down the rabbit hole for more issues.

Well, I just passed the jeep being transported through Arkansas! So, it’s on the move! 👍🏼 I saw your tag on it and looked you up. Good luck with your vehicle troubles. That is a fine looking Jeep!

Woo buddy... that is a lot. That engine swap and 40s life is 4real. I don't think people understand all the BS that comes along with being badass 🤣. Hope you have a good team over there in Georgia. I have a regear in my future (35s now with stock gearing... works surprisingly well despite what the internet thinks but I want it built "right" so gotta do it) and it pisses me off bc I really rather have a crawl box if I am spending that type of $$.

Oh I get it for sure! Depending on what, how and where you want to wheel, not everyone needs big axles, new shafts, huge tires and everything else that comes along for the ride! My Jeep Life started out in the overlanding side of things, and I ran 35s and a 3.5 lift for what seems like forever... and loved it. After I moved to NC and started wheeling some more difficult trails than I had access to while living in FL I moved to 37s... then when I finally had saved up enough for the engine conversion, new axles happened, and I still kept the 37s. Then I pushed my comfort zone again by wheeling big boulders and such in KY and TN and scraping the ever living crap out of the underside, I got the 40s, and now skid plates for a little more clearance and protection for the vital bits. The beadlocks have a part to play in that as well, but I'll admit that I was hesitant to spend the $ on those, since the nomad wheels I had were pretty capable at lower pressures, just got the new ones for the ability to drop a few more PSI if needed. Thanks so much to watching and commenting! Sorry it took a bit to comment back! Have a great one!

@@ADVENTURUSSIt does tend to escalate like that! Alright, hopefully we can meet up at Gulches or River Rock (pretty cool place if you've never been) this fall or next spring or something. The 4Runner might get sidelined some but the ppl I typically go straight for the Windrock T21/T15 type trails so I think it would be a good time. Hope everything went well out in Cali
