    I was diagnosed AS 10 years ago I suffer a lot of back pain stiffness leg pain I been taking 800ml Ibufropen I change my diet no meat no carbs no sugar I eat a lots of vegetables fruits fish taking vitamin D and glucosamine so far its been a year I don't have any pain no more medicine

    Misdiagnosed for almost 3 years .. staph infection of the spine and 2 rods put in my back.. pt .. pain management..lots of mris and finally was told i have AS ..my neck is locked and im already hunched over like a 90 year old ..trying to get into a rheumatologist soon.. i really hope there is help at this point ..drs all told me to go on disability.. the pain is unbearable..im so damn tired ..and im not old enough to retire .. how are you supposed to pay all your bills and live off disability?....

    I hear you. Such a demoralising account of suffering. I hope you find your way…. I too have AS, undiagnosed for decades after onset of symptoms. If you live in Australia I found knowledgeable and compassionate rheumatologist who recognised AS in women ( some older Drs may still not believe this) , and our Gov PBS greatly subsidises biologics ( we pay a healthy level of taxes for the greater good of all) so, even on minimal income, it would be affordable - I just am overjoyed with massive improvement in pains and symptoms , energy, function and mobility, mood and overall quality of life. If your State or Country doesn’t help you could you migrate? I couldn’t bear the thought of not being able to afford these medications; must be so burdensome , and unfair. Everyone deserves opportunities to live their best life, no matter their circumstances or geography. Wishing you the very best….

    I too had it , but was diagnosed in 1 week , Thanks to Indian doctors. Here I have some very desent rheumatologists which will cure it soon and in budget also!

    I just found your channel …..meloxicam is hellish and I stopped all NSAIDS 15 years ago …..do you have any exercises suitable for the SI joint and lower back for AS sufferers ? Thank-you Doc 🙏🙏🙏

    I am 24. Suffering from ankylosing spondylitis (mild herniated disc) I am taking etoricoxib 60 mg per day for almost 6 months. Firstly it worked for me 100%.but now it's working 50%. Nowadays i feel weakness inside by hands and legs bone. I dont know what should I do now. Any suggestions?

    Hi mam, my husband affected AS 18 years now he is 40 he diagnosed as osteoporosis his lower part of spine upper part of spine is anklosing spondilitis fully fused now what to do.. He is standing straight no different but full spine is fused.

    I was taking Diclofenac and it was killing my liver, I no longer take any NSAIDS. I drink two Tbs of extra virgin olive oil a day and it has done wonders for me

    NSAIDS never really worked for me. I was just properly diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis . My rheumatologist is going to treat it with humira. I hope for some relief.

    Bună ziua! Vă urmaresc de ceva timp. Am aflat ca sunteți româncă. Aveți filmările si în limba română? M ar ajuta foarte mult. Atât cât am înțeles cu putina engleză pe care o știu ,am făcut multe schimbări si mi au fost de un real folos Vă apreciez mult pt toată munca depusă. Am multe întrebări ,care credeam că sunt sortite să rămână neelucidate. Cu oameni ca dumneavoastră sunt sigură că m am înșelat. Privitor la întrebări. Domnul să va dea multă sănătate!!!

    I hope once I am on TNF or IL-17 factors, my condition will improve. I have no idea why the rheumatologist that follows up on me ordered that I take methotrexate, I've currently had 7 weekly injections and 5 more are scheduled. I don't feel any better with methotrexate to be fair.

    Knowledgeable video. Mam I m suffering rhumetic arthritis. In few weeks my left ribs n also right ribs pain. M also check cardiologist. But my ECG, Eco text normal. Only BP 140/100 or 110 sometimes. My doctor prescribed EMBETA XR 50 daily. And my rhumotologist prescribed :- Calton D 500 mg Pan 40 tab. Omnacotill 20 mg Folitrus 15:mg weekly Falinext weekly Aspira 500 mg Redymard tab . But the chest and ribs are constantly pulling inwards. Sometimes there is no pressure on the chest. Please tell what to do🙏

    Has anyone microdosed THC for anklosing spondylitis? I was just diagnosed and just started taking approx 4 mg daily & it seems to make the pain & stiffness more bearable. Im hopeful. I haven't seen much info on THC & treatment for arthritis.

    I am so so angry i have everything inflammatory bowel disease uveitis arthritis in spine and psoriasis.. HLA B27 positive and still I’ve had to beg for appointments at the rheumatology and still waiting 9th april and gastroenterologist appointment still awaiting this is uk 2024 a disgrace
