The only lengthy message I ever sent to Analog Toys on FB messenger (Jan. 9th 2022):
Hello, Tony!
First of all thank you for your copious response. While I have understood I’d like to make a final remark before I am going not bother you any longer. If I disliked Bobby Vala‘s Action Force, I would not have spent almost 600 US$ on Action Force items/pre orders (figures, accessory packs, comics), excluding the shipping cost. Yes, I am certain there are people out there, who spent more, but I assume that is still quite respectable. I think Valaverse Action Force has got a lot of potential, but at least to my own perception there is some unused potential. If that makes me a nitpicker, or hater, or (insert random slur here), well I guess that‘s apparently in the course of time now, where presently everything is considered being offensive instead of that, which truly is offensive.
Regarding your suggestion to open up a kickstarter, I guess we both know that alone won‘t cut it. I‘d need some helping hands in design and tooling, there is marketing, legal aspects, and so on. Maybe a shortcut would be to ask an established manufacturer like Gridironprops, if I can somehow buy myself into it, offering money and input. Yet, as I have other things to worry about currently that will have to wait. About your unboxing video, you read my letter, so you recited my words, and not more. I can‘t see how I made you yourself criticising Bobby‘s product, since you only quoted myself. You only stated my very own opinion, so objectively speaking neither can anyone blame you for that, nor should you blame yourself for it. Further since this was no livestream, but a recorded video, you theoretically had the chance to edit the specific section…but you did not. While I personally am not a fan of censorship, as you said, you can make your contend as you see fit.
Which brings me to your Desert Rat flick. I did nowhere say it‘s bad. I actually gave a positive feedback in general. To say my single remark about an alternative ending is nitpicking I see as an exaggeration. And of course, it‘s your show. You‘re the boss. Yet if you see any input, that‘s actually not meant in a negative way, but as a measure to boost your own imagination as an offense instead, well thanks for the clarification. The way I see it…or saw it…I gave constructive criticism as, at least to my interpretation, constructive criticism is a cost free advice for improvement. And at least imho some of my input would be substantial for a toyline set in a „near future era“. And if Bobby said „no“ to 9 out of 10 of my suggestion, but yes to the remaining one, it would ne a win/win. Not for me, but Bobby and the customers. Because the younger consumers expect „near future“ to actually be „near future“, not 90ies to present day. They expect state-of-the-art, or even beyond. Future Force Warrior, Ratnik, Fist, drones, exoskeletons, any high-tech gadgets. Most of them are into video games. They know that stuff, since those video game companies do their own research, since they want to keep their games attractive and standing out. Ghost Recon, Escape from Tarkov, Battlefield 2042, Call of Duty, you name it.
If you wanna make toys appealing mostly to customers born in the 70ies (like myself) and probably 80ies, fine. But the more you go up the ladder like 90ies and millenials you have to keep pace with them. Btw. that would have been also one of my suggestion. Instead of investing into an Action Force video game right away (AAA titles are multi-million dollar productions these days) Bobby could instead try to strike deals with developers to include Action Force apparels as downloadable content into existing video games, i.e. including the Steel Brigade outfit in the next Ghost Recon Frontline game by Ubisoft. That would potentially serve multiple purposes. It‘s an easier entry into the video games business in order to collect some renown and interest, possibly rising the interest in buying some Action Force figures, which they will place on their shelve or desk for decoration. Anyway, I guess I upset you even more, whether I might have a point there or not. Since I have a lot of respect for you Tony here is what I am going to do. I won‘t bother you anymore, thus I delete the remarks I have made on patreon, I will no longer comments on your videos or use live chat, especially regarding Action Force. However I will keep up the subscription. I am not salty or resentful. Also I never had any ill intends. My sincerest apologies to you for annoying you and anyone else.

When I first moved to the lower 48 from Alaska, I got into a tussle with three guys and luckily, there was security, cameras, and witnesses to show that I was defending myself, and I was not arrested, but the three men were from a generation who thought whoever got beat up the worst was not at fault I had to spend quite a few hours on the phone with the district attorney and the reason for the altercation is that the three gentlemen were being extremely rude and fairly gross to the female weight staff in the restaurant that we were all eating I couldn’t stand it any longer, and I had to tell them that the way they were behaving was not becoming of gentlemen, especially of their age the district attorney questioned my judge on “provoking them” and I had to explain to her that I’m from a small village in Alaska and that kind of behavior is not tolerated where I’m from, I questioned the district attorney and asked is there type of behavior acceptable in your town and she had to admit no it was not and I was never charged never arrested, but all three of those other gentlemen did time for assault as they were multiple time offenders just like you, I never start a fight but I cannot abide disrespect and I will say something if need to be said merry Christmas to you my brother

Yes, because I put it on private. It does not contain any more information as such. It was primarily meant for Instagram.
t like Tony, but truth be told, his channel was quite small and only got bigger when he descended into the madness with Retroblasting. Whenever Michael has a problem with someone who either wins an argument or won't back down, there is Tony as the second line/attempt against that someone.

Tony’s a BULLY. I’m not sure why. I think he suffers from PTSD. Also… People who formerly used tend to be ANGRY. Lastly. He loves Micheal because he’s a fan boy with a crush, and Micheal loves him, because Tony makes him feel tough. It’s a give, and take kinda relationship. 😂

Hmm, you make some interesting points, I like Tony's videos, but I don't think I would want to hang out with him in the pub. Now, if I may give a minor criticism, your video is too long, I did watch it to the end, though it took 3 sittings, I suggest trimming it to get your point across quicker. Now, here's a question for these big channels, they have tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands subs, and get thousands of views. So that must be bringing in some KZread money right? Plus they have well paying jobs, then they get 'gifted' extremely expensive toys for their collections which they can use to make more content, get more views, get more money. But, and this is the kicker, they still have patreon's and happily collect super chats because without that, sadly, they wouldn't be able to keep their channels running. I signed up to Tonys Patreon for a month and there was no benefit to it at all other than access to a video a few hours before it goes up on KZread, he didn't even acknowledge any comments..... Narcissist you say, could be........

Tony is a massive shill for Vala cause they are friends and Vala made him into one of their figures. If Hasbro did even 1/10th of the nonsense Vala pulls Tony would be up in arms berating them in videos, but Bobby gets a pass. Nevermind the drama-farming he does with Retrob!tching. Total hypocrite. What I want to know, why is this Sunny dude is sending these grifters free toys and money when they obviously hate your guts?
