Have you heard anything about a build date? I was told since I ordered Blue Ember with the Appearance and Handling packages that they have no idea when it will be built “could even be next year” because of the parts needed for that build are on “commodity restriction”.

I would buy a used 2019 Shelby GT350 with 581HP and just add the dual throttle body from the Dark Horse. You would be making over 610HP.

Absolutely love it. New gen7 Mustang is home run. Everyone else abandoning real sports cars. Kudos Ford Motor. Ordering '24 Dark Horse by Feb. They already building '24 Mustangs now due to orders/demand. 💯

I fear that General Motors will come back with a Camaro SUV. As I hear they’re doing a Corvette SUV, which I think is a foolish move. And I know that the Challenger has been re-designed as an all electric vehicle, but after speaking with some of the internals, they’re also disappointed and wish to get their big engines back. I think you’re going to see big engines and trucks like the TRX and the raptor R. But for me I agree with you I prefer to have the mustang and its competitors. Thanks so much for the compliment.

Yep I'd agree the correct price for this car with the handling package would be 55k USD after taxes and dealer markups pay any cent above that is paying the stupid tax

Though im sure you review other cars, this is my first go round watching you, its my favorite car and seems to be yours. Subscribed! Ill be ordering my DH on my bday coming soon. Need to seen some colors in person first.

Uhhh, I have a lowered '17 GT with an added front splitter. Rule of parking, never nose in into your parking spot, always back in. This will also help when you leave out....

Pleasant to the eye and great at getting it down...and the Darkhorse is great too 👌 Highly knowledgeable, great video!

Such a disappointment when you open the door and see a tablet where a set of beautifully crafted mechanical gauges should be

Great job. Better report than a lot of the others. Order a DH Premium fully loaded, painted stripes, CF Wheels, and a DH cover. Just in the wait mode now. Ordered in Blue Ember Metallic. But great job.

It's an Awesome Spec. though I will never buy a Dark Color Car, and will never buy Automatic Paddle Shifters ( it made me Sleepy and the Hesitation off the corner was not good either). I am happy with my 2022 Roush it is an Unbadged Mach1 Handling Pack. in August 2022 my Roush Mustang was the only White V8 Mustang with the 3rd Fun Pedal 6 Speed Manual Transmission in all of California. For 3 weeks i looked for this combination spec. It has the REV-Match, Magneride Tuned by Roush Suspension Springs it is lower than a Mach1, with the Intercooled Limited Slip Rear Torsen Differential. I will never sell her, not even for $1 Million USA ask me Why? Great channel 👨🏻👍🏻🏎🏎🚩🚩🏁🏁 Awesome Presentation

37th thumbs up! Dark Horse Stang with 500hp/418 lb ft from the 307 ci dohc 32V Coyote V8! This is what Ford does best, after its Truck line..minus it's EV Lightning. Super review Lauren!! 👍

Except it dynos at barely 400 and costs as much as a GT500 at MSRP. My 350 makes 460 wheel for less money and doesn't have a locked ECU and bigger brakes. Revs higher too for the track.

I use to really good with a manual in my younger days banging gears, but today, give me the automatic! It's not about the manual macho bull crap for me, it's about my age on top of a left knee replacement...

This one starts and $59K and the Dark Horse Premium is $63K

The base GT front end looks exponentially better than DH black plastic . I'd buy a GT premium before this

I don’t like all the plastic in the front. It just doesn’t look good. The GT looks a lot nicer. I saw it in black, and I also saw it in dark matter. Both of those colors look pretty damn good, but anything lighter than those two colors does not look good to me.

LOOKS WAY BETTER than the previous generation.

I still prefer the Ford Mustang GT500 thank you!

@@dj4monie It's the general hater comment on the internet. It's for meme kids. Realistically though dealers are asking way too much. You can get a base GT500 at MSRP for what the dark horse is priced at. My GT350 is a better car for less money.

Handles better than the GT350? I'm struggling with that one. The Dark Horse was not privy to the GT350's aluminum knuckle up front (nor its larger brakes than the DH) and in my view the Cup2's outrun the DH's Pirelli's on the track. The next gen Mag ride calibration is not somehow magically elevating weaker suspension geometry to a level above the GT350 (nor the GT500 for that matter).

It's copium at it's best. The GT350 is a better car than the dark horse. It has no locked ECU, bigger brakes, dynos 460hp to the wheels(vs the dark horse 400), revs higher for the track, and fits 325 tires in the rear.

@winsome879 you can't compare a mustang to a corvette it's a different class of car 2 door sports car to a muscle car stock for stock. The corvette is lighter and faster, and the Mustang and the camaro are more comparable

Dyno numbers are showing these barely making 400hp at the wheels. Locked ECU so no tuning. Costs as much as a GT500 at dealers. Better off finding a used GT350.

Church and Jesus Christ does not appreciate what dodge and ford are naming these cars.

I have yet to see a front spoiler that is not scraped or damaged. More fuel? It should get mid 20s on the highway. Too bad the rear spoiler wasn't incorporated into the body. Louvers should be mounted on the inside. Miss the spare tire.

Looks way too much like a Camaro out back.

Great view by Lauren, per usual....👍🌞🤗 Given their record for quality control, i will pass. Not only that, but who knows what will happen when stealerships get their hands on the vehicle. You can bet nothing good for you.💰🤑👺👎 The only positives are they didn't rip off Mazda, Volvo, Range Rover, or Jaguar in order to build this vehicle, unlike previous cars. 🧐🤔🙄

It's too low to the ground for normal use. Bad design except for the track.

How so?

This "new Gen" is a disappointment for a lot of Mustang enthusiasts. Ford is moving away from its heritage and trying to appeal to the younger buyer as demonstrated by the tablet dashboard. If it works, great, the stock might go above $20/share for the 1st time in forever, but if it doesn't, Farley will get the hook and these will be lost years.

I don’t think that car has 500 hp Ford is known for lies.put the car on dyno and we will see if it has 500hp more like 390 hp

It’s definitely my Next car. I only have 8000 miles on my 2022 GT Mustang. I’m so terrified of these companies going electric because I’m not buying a piece of garbage electric car.
