First time I was in piedmont ws 1986. It was literally just the one street where the church was maybe had a couple of hundred people. Now it has exploded. Nice neighborhoods with large to huge homes. It's still finding an identity and is definitely a bedroom community. There is little retail and most of the jobs are the school district. But retail isn't far away yukon 10 min south okc 15 mins east . More important is if you want a home with a yard a lot of homes have at least 1/2 acre. The town is really spread out with enough room to grow over a 100k residents and still plenty of area .
Moved from del city to cashion and haven't really been to piedmont besides for gas. Looks like a cool place to live, tho I wanna go back into the city. Could u do a suburb review of del city? I loved it there, but it gets a worse rap then it deserves from okc residents sadly. I think its a great option for starting out and I wanna see how it is a few years later cuz I'm considering moving back Edit: also great job with the camera work, editing, and landscape views. I'm a photographer for fun and you do great camera work/location scouting

Let me see what I can do. 🤔 Im doing videos for multiple OKC suburbs. But, Mid-Del is on this list.
Looks pretty good to me knowing that most all amenities you'll need isn't far away. But if that town was literally in the middle of nowhere with nothing around for many miles? I'd have to pass.
