Unveiling My Personal Ratings of All Nootropics I Have Ever Tried (Avoid / Consider / Buy)
In this video, I'll be revealing my personal ratings on every nootropic I've ever tried. But that's not all - I'm going to categorize them into three groups: the ones you should avoid at all costs, the ones you can consider for occasional use, and the ones that are so effective and safe that you should consider buying them.

Glad you enjoyed it! :)
As a person who somewhat hammered his central nervous system due to intense heavy lifting for 7+ years, I developed anxiety and crazy chronic stress the past few years which badly affected my sleep, mode, my productivity at work and even how I socialize with ppl like I was always on edge due to being stressed all day long! Although my essential Vit/Minerals levels always been on point. These 2 aminos + herb absolutely helped killing all that negative symptoms I had and brought me back to life : 1- L theanine 2- Phosphatidylserine 3- Rhodiola Truly life saving!

Love this !!!❤ subscribing. Personally- resveratrol ruined me (so I can’t even spell it…). Theanine is awesome
Unless I take a B-complex along with Alpha Lipoic Acid I don't get much work done. The B-complex must contain methyl-B12 rather than the more common Cyano-B12 (aka Cyanide). Once a month I boost with the BioTuner. 🙂

Interesting..
Alpha Lipoic Acid is my favourite nootropic: Despite what Greg research suggests that smaller amounts of ALA work better than higher amounts i.e. 25-50 mg 🙂

I love your videos and just subscribed to your channel. I tried Ashwagnda based on your review but i have IBS and I could not tolerate it well but the affect was calming and nice. Do you recommend other alternative to ease anxiety and relaxation? I heard about passion flower and Valerian but not sure

Thanks! :) Valerian, 5-HTP, Rhodiola rosea, L-theanine..check them out :) Maybe you start with Rhodiola first :)
Thank you very much for this video, this is very helpful, what do you think about tribulus terrestris ?

You're welcome. I've never tried it, but I'll check it out :)
Most effective nootropics I have tried are the racetams, which are subtle but do boost my IQ, and modafinil.
I have been taking 200mg of Modafinil for quite some time and I was wondering if you would reccomend something like Qualia Mind over that or even take both. I generally don't take Modafinil everyday but i'm curious which you think has the better overall benefits. Thanks.

Modafinil = prescription drug. Qualia Mind = nootropic stack. It's a different thing. If you care about your brain health, take Qualia Mind. If you need Modafinil because of ADHD, then take it, but search for healthier alternatives like nootropics :)
Hi, thank you for your interesting videos, I live in Italy and I really would like to try Qualia Mind but they can't send it to Italy. Do you know some ways to import it into Europe? Thank you very much!

@@yourinception thank you very much! However, I've already found a compound called "cognizant" produced by McStoneItalia. It has 1g of choline alfoscerate (is it alpha gpc right?), 1g of citicoline and 1mg of Vitamine b12. Are the doses of alpha gpc and citicoline too much?
What brand of plant-based Omega 3 do you get?

I take 600mg of Alpha-GPC, 250mg of CDP-Cholin and 150mg of Ginko daily. Combined with Vitamin D3 + K2 and Omega 3. What do you think about that combination, anything I should add or decrease dosage of?

That's a lot of choline (I'd only take Alpha GPC), but otherwise, it's a good starting stack.

Nootropics need to be ranked to be useful 🙂
@yourinception
Жыл бұрын
It's almost impossible to rank them :)
I've tried almost all these nootropics and except for a small number of basic items they don't seem to do much to make you smarter. In some cases claimed nootropics seem harmful rather than helpful e.g. Green tea extract has been linked to liver damage probably due to the large amounts of fluoride it contains. In other cases, claimed nootropics mainly affect other parts of the body, not the brain. In many cases addressing health issues is the key to improving your mental performance. 🙂
