I really want to get into gonfu tea. I'm a little nervous to start that as a hobby because in the past tea has always upset my stomach. He is angry every time I've ever had matcha. I've thrown up.

Hey tea friend. Matcha can be a bit potent and the same with some loose teas. I would start with a white or red tea and stay away from pu’er or roasted oolongs to start. Also!! Make sure to always eat some food before drinking any. I still don’t do this sometimes and always regret it. 🥸
