In this video, I will be sharing my mother-in-law's special sweet recipe, Undu Walalu. Get ready to learn how to make this delicious Sri Lankan treat!
ingredients:
Urad Dal-1 1/2 Cups Or 315 Grams (washed & soaked in water for 8 hours)
Coconut Milk-less than 1 Cup to grind the urad dal
unroasted rice flour-1/2 cup + 1/8 Cup Or 125 Grams
Salt-1/2 Tsp
1st and 2nd Coconut milk-less than 1 cup
Let it rise for 4 to 6 hours
One bottle of kithul treacle
