In this video, I will be sharing my mother-in-law's (Sinhalese famous dish) The unique taste & aroma of this breadfruit/Del curry make your taste buds go wow! This vegetarian-friendly curry is loved by Sri Lankans & it's a very popular delicacy in Southeast Asia.
1 Small Bread fruit Or 420 Grams (cut into pieces, square or wedges)
1/2 sized small Onion (sliced)
3 Clove Garlic (sliced)
7 Thai green chillies
2 sprigs of Curry leaves
2 Piece Pandan leaves (Rampa)
bit less than 1/2 Teaspoon of powder
1/2 Teaspoon Chilli powder
1/2 Tsp of fenugreek seeds
1 Cup Coconut milk (thick)
1 1/2 or 375 ML Cup of Water (or more)
salt to your taste
1 hand bunch of spinach or 40 grams
lime to your taste
