Dang Ethan once again you show us an amazing home, that shouldn't be abandoned or getting demolished. Thank you for all your time and hard work getting these together for us! We appreciate you!

One of the cleanest abandoned homes.
Such a shame and huge waste to see this gem being demolished. Great find Ethan.

I think the architect was on drugs when he designed this house - I’ve never seen 2 kitchens right next to each other…

@@ktwenter77if literally not an in-law apartment, a relative apartment. The way there was a door between the kitchens, plus the apartment side also had laundry hookup’s & also the bedroom. Really nice apartment. I wouldn’t mind being a relative of theirs

likely the second kitchen is kosher.@@ktwenter77
Loved this one! Definitely a split residence. I hate how these places are just torn down.
I would love that house just as it is!!!!! Beautiful home
I Wasn't born in the 80s, but I just feel a weird nostalgia from these 1980s built mansions. Interesting architecture, decoration and old appliances. Cool home! Awesome video, as always. 😃
Shame to demolish this fine home.
Ethan your on a roll with all these amazing beautiful abandoned mansions . great job Ethan , you always put out great contenti for all of us ❤
Love how you see the details...Lucky Man. Not all can see what we do!
What a fabulous house and, overall, in great condition. There is an abundance of space and that curved staircase is phenomenal!!!So sad to see a lovely home like this being demolished. 😒
What a beautiful home you found! It's hard to believe the previous owners left some furniture and pictures on the walls. Such a shame it will be torn down.
I'd live in either side, as is. I'm not a big 80s fan, but a big livable house is a big livable house. Another great video, thanks!
Really cool house with no disrepair or tagging!! I could live here!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖
Ethan the Echo in this house is totally outrageous. I want you all to know that Ethan's videos are the best!
This was a fantastic and pristine 80's home! Incredible amount of space! Side by side kitchens, is a very unique feature. The wood cabinetry was amazing, takes me back. I love the grey tile and fixtures in the baths, but absolutely hate plain white tile, especially on the floors, but it was an 80's thing. This is such a beautiful and liveable home, a total shame it would be wasted!✌️
Your The Man! No Bull Shit No Drama Just Ethan With Your Outlook And Respect. Thank You Young Man.
Great one, Ethan, As a lifetime Designer, I can relate to what you are
I also love the fireplace too 😁
Those Door Bells sounded like a Church Organ
This house spits CUSTOM. Look at the bathroom grout lines??
Older house still can be a comfort timeless lay back home.
Damn shame they want to tear something down that has nothing wrong with it...
I can't believe someone couldn't renovate this. 😢
Outstanding house and I love it Ethan ❤️
As someone who was 28 in 1989 and knew what was trending, I can tell you that grey walls were not at all a popular color, not until recently has grey been a popular color for both walls and flooring, the kitchen, though it is dated, the cabinets aren't... they are fairly new. I had cabinets just like them installed just before I sold my house, now you can see they went with some cheaper Formica countertops so most likely they updated the kitchen recently (within 5 to 10 years I suspect). The house is in beautiful condition, and very clean too. The owners must have taken a buyout if the homes are going to be demolished. Investors will pay quite a bit higher than the value of the home if they intend on developing the area with either a new home subdivision or for commercial use. It's sad to see that gorgeous house destroyed. I'd buy it and live there. Now that I've seen more of the place I can see that it's a multi-family home. Its big because there is more than 1 living space. The 2 kitchens were a dead giveaway. Not to mention a second door chime. There was also an emergency exit required by all multi-family homes.

I was a teenager in the 80s and when he said grey and white was an 80s thing I got a good laugh. Much of that house was renovated long after the 80s passed. He’s young so we’ll let it slide with this one. 😆
I just graduated from high school in 1989.This really brings back alot of memories from that era. I miss that time .I was poor, but everything in the eighties was big .
You'd make a great realtor. You have the passion for selling it. Good job as always.
What a wonderful home! You do know how to pick them,Ethan! This such a waste if they demolish this beautiful home. It can be brought back to life with very little effort or expense. So sad how wasteful people we have become.😢 Great job!❤
What a house. Yeah, that must have been like an inlaw side.
I can’t believe they’re tearing this down
I can't believe all the bathrooms. Love the flooring.Thank you for the time you spend on the video.
Sweet house Ethan. Love the kitchens and the bathrooms. Sucks its going for demolition. Boo! Not cool. A house that big didn't have a pool? Awesome job Ethan. You be safe now.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Beautiful home, beautifu kitchen!!! I love the real wood! Also, live the fridge and breakfast. Room. Thank you for the time away from our reality, and the beauty that has been thot up. So very dad to see that they may destroy it!
Nice house thanks for sharing and for all you do❤😊
This house was lived in at 1 time. Garage was full of stuff, throw rugs , n the sink in he second kitchen plus the plants
Move in ready!! Such a shame. Great explore! 😊😊😊
Grand entryway! The walls were probably mauve colored. 80s colors in homes featured pastels. As for the 2 kitchens, living room with a separate entrance, I'm wondering if it was an additional residence. I love the hardwood floors too! This house is very clean. It bothers me when I see things left behind. The curio cabinet and other furnishings could be given away to people who'd be happy to get them! Such a waste to be torn down! Each time I watch your videos of homes like these, I imagine when it was full of life! Kids chasing each other around and laughing! Mom cooking in the kitchen and dad in his den. Lots of love and fun happening! Great video Ethan!
Beautiful Home!
Ethan you film the best videos 😎Good Work 👍
Imagine how many homeless veterans they could put in this house. Seems such a crime to tear it down
This is one of the best homes I've seen!! LOVE it!!
Great video! The bathrooms were luxurious with the gray fixtures. You get better all the time!😅❤
What grand home , it’s still very nice and looks like someone can live in it as is!

I agree, the pink walls would be better. Lovely big home!
Man...I love this house!!!
Such a nice home and great in-law suite. Pristine and well maintained. Stunning staircase. Love the fireplaces. The parquet floors so shiny after so many years. I would buy it in a heartbeat. Finishing the basement would give so much extra living space. Nice large lot that would provide more than adequate space for a nice large pool. Once again I’m sad and a bit angry that money always seems to win against preservation of beauty. In ten years will there be nothing but cookie cutter houses squeezed onto tiny lots with everything unique already destroyed. So sad to me. I’d much rather live in this house. Unfortunately there’s nothing I could do to change it. Ethan I enjoyed this video. Thanks for sharing. Take care be well and stay safe.
Another Beautiful place. Nice job. Thank you. Take care out there. Stay safe and healthy.
What a beautiful well maintained house!
Incredible tour. Really stunning example of 1960’s house. Very big house. Had to have been high end. Thank you for showing this one. I loved it.❤❤

I absolutely loved this house. Thank you Ethan 🩷🩷🩷
This house is perfect everything is nice. Hope it's not torn down. Someone needs to live in it. It's beautiful. How about you think of buying this or someone. Good job
Such an amazing place!! Beats like this shouldn't be destroyed!
That home was in prestine condition! Well taken care of! It was definitely a duplex, with one side larger with the upstairs. I Loved the french doots! Beautiful home. I wish you showed the outside of it though.
This house is spectacular, Wow❤❤ it . Keep them coming Ethan🤗👏🇺🇲🇵🇷
I would love to live there so big and beautiful so bad it is going to be torn down.
I really loved this one! Such a shame to tear it down!
A beautiful, well cared for home!

Wow! What a beautiful house! ❤
Wassup 🤗👋🏾, awesome 😊
Beautiful home
Hi Ethan!! 🌈🌈 Wow what a gorgeous place!! This dates back to probably when I built my first home which was a starter. We had the oak as well in the kitchen. Very interesting that there are two kitchens and family/living rooms, leads me to believe that it was either maids or perhaps in-laws. Seems such a shame that this beautiful home will be demolished. Enjoyed as usual! Cindy in FL 👱♀️💫☀️
you always found beautiful Abandoned homes for us to watch ' thank you
Hi Ethan 😎🏎💨,That’s a really nice 80’s house, love the floors. There was lots of space. I never seen 2 kitchens next to each other, that was different,I guess it was needed at its time.I really liked the staircase that was nice. That doorbell was really old,I have an old box doorbell here at my apt but I had to buy a newer one. The garage was huge to. Crazy how people leave appliances behind because those cost money. I am in need of a washer and dryer right now. I like the fireplaces. I liked the huge shutters. Wonder what happened to the family that was there. Overall nice house Ethan 😎can’t wait to see your next beautiful 🏡 house😊🏎💨see you on your next one, always stay your awesome self😎
Sick video as always. Honestly great content ✨
What a beautiful house. The two kitchens threw me at first but I guess it was an in law apartment. And I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many bidets. The original owner must have been European. Thanks for sharing.
I love all your videos! These homes are absolutely beautiful, I don't understand why they would have them demolished 😢
Great video of a wonderful house. I'd move right in as is, change some of those newer paint colors on walls tho.
Thanks for the video
Ethan thats a dual occupancy duplex, with a single story inlaws/Grandparents retreat that shares the basement but the top level with the bedrooms is only for the double story main house, it a a maze of a house its got lotsa bathrooms wouldnt the reason to have a basement is to put the laundry on the main level perhaps the basement was a business or home office its very open great to store boxes and they can cart the boxes up to the Garage stairs or up Grandparents side entry stairs. its nice duplex house lots character from the late 80s. you should reing that door bell im sure the electricity turn on would sounded like Big ben. anyway thanks for the tour.
Thank you Ethan this is an explore really worth it yes i have really enjoyed this home .Lookin for the next explore from you Buddie. Love ya Barbie NWP. Fl
Ethan you always find the greatest places to explore your the most best guy to do this I always look forward to seeing all your videos
i’ve seen two kitchens in houses but, one was on the main floor and 1 was in the basement. but not side by side on purpose.
They used to make the In-Law private courters like that… private entrance, private kitchen etc
Great video, and nice house.
Wow BEAUTIFUL home. Well kept inside as well. Floors look very clean and stairways as well.
This is awesome thank you for showing this.

The floors! Groovy!!
This is a beautiful home. I would love it as it is and was hoping you'd take us outside to see the yard
Another good one. Thanks. Also, Thanks so much that you Don't claim it's a "Haunted House" or whatever.
All thet good stuff should be donated to good will!!
Ethan I like your videos, recently I just found it, and now I follow you every time you download a new one, that house is so pretty to be demolished, do you know the reason is going to be demolished?, why has two kitchens ? Maybe two families live together...? Keep up the good work ...
Ohh I think I get it now, Swingers pad were two kitchens back to back makes sense now, almost two masters suites. Keeps getting more interesting by the minute, good job showcasing this blast from the past bro... 👍
A family kitchen and an event kitchen for hired caterers. The "pink" is 1989 MAuve.
Beautiful house. Very clean. Was it even lived in?
What an amazing house. That is someone's dream home. Terrible, that it's being flattened. 😞
Such a great (respectful) exploration of an interesting house. Wonderful camera work and narration. I thought this house might be a convertible two-family, since there were two kitchens, two dining rooms, two living rooms....... With a shared central hall and bedrooms.
This actually is a two unit. That's why it has two of everything. But, why aren't these homes being sold?
I really love that house, sad that it's going to be demolished 😢
Ehan, I have seen you on your podast. Love the front entrance and the oak wood inside the kitchen. I like the big kitchens. Like hardwood floors and fireplace too. 😮. And I like the shades. They are easy to clean and manipulate. It is ashamed they had to abandon this home. 😢 This mansion is 😅 awesome! I can not understand they did put an elevator in this house because most people do not think that they are going to get old. And they should have elevators in these kind of mansions. Nice seeing your abandoned mansions Thank you for your time and hard work! I have been following you for one year! I moved from Eureka, California , to Gleenwood Springs, Colorado!
Beautiful!!!❤
I feel like this was meant for separate families to live there. 2 laundry rooms, 2 kitchens.... The kitchens had a door between them to close plus another entrance to house. 2 living rooms.... The French doors you could close.
