Those who read history know very well that 1000 years ago _ 7 years old were becoming. kings and queens _ 12 years old were conquering the world _ 90 years old were becoming parents _ 150 years old were fighting battles. Conclusion: 1. Aisha at age of 9, was not a child, but a healthy and wise young girl. 2. Muhammad at 53, was not an old man with white hair and stick in his hands, but a healthy, handsome, middle aged man. He at his 60s, was running a race with Aisha and winning over her. Advice: Don't compare 1000 years ago era norms with our 21th century norms because now even 16 years old are children and 45 years old are old, sick grandparents. You can't compare our post modern century even with last 20th century, you will find your 15 years old grandmothers getting married happily and 100 hundred years old grandfathers living more healthy lives. Still, if you make this age difference marriage an issue, you must either be islamophobic or ignorant of human history.

Your problem with saying they are different times and can’t be judged by today’s standards, is that you are not taking into account that God is timeless and perfect. So if that was ok back then for Muhammad to have sex with a 9 year old it has to be ok today. So you tell me. Is it ok, for a 53 year old man to have sex with a 9 year old girl, yes or no? Also, saying that there is no one in the literature denouncing Mohammad for him marrying a six year old or having sex with a nine year old. What literature did you search through? Did you find any literature denouncing his actions as a caravan thief? And if you didn’t see any, would that make stealing caravans ok? What about ordering the deaths of his enemies, and taking their women and children. Mohammad had 9 wives. Were they silent about that fact because they approved, or because they were afraid to speak out?

He was the on saying no to force Forth in islam you have to reach your puberty and you have to be mentally and physically ready for the marriage (also no one can force you to marry anyone prophet himself stated that no one can force someone to marry other) so Aisha was ready and she wasn’t even forced for it the prophet will never go Against the Quran Fifth Allah told prophet to marry her because of her wiseness and she will came helful in times as we can see in the hadith most of them are narrated by Aisha and also she supported him when he was depressed about his first wife death

So the prophets are role models and we should be like them? I have never seen a Christian man in my life dress like Jesus, while I see Muslims trying to dress like Muhammad. I have never seen a Christian woman dress like Mary, while Muslim women try to be like her. Even Christians do not pray like Jesus prayed, but Muslims are the ones who pray like him. I absolutely love it when people bring this up. It's a common distraction based on misreading the bible. It clearly says in the bible; They were TOLD of her birth. Meaning, she could have been any age. They didn't have internet back then, news could take a while. A few people born were mentioned, were they all born at the same time? See how that logic crumbles? A family member of yours could have a child in 2024, but due to circumstances you didn't hear of that birth until the child was already 5, meaning you HEARD of their birth in 2029. And didn't Rebecca draw water from a well? And also gave water to all the camels? This alone should prove that she couldn't have been 3. Another fact; Jaira's daughter was 12, this in mentioned. And she was called a little girl, yet Rebecca is called a woman.

1. Firstly in lslam, you cannot marry a woman against her will and so was the marriage of AishaRA. •4:19(quran) "O believers! It is not permissible for you to inherit women against their will or mistreat them to make them return some of the dowry ˹as a ransom for divorce˺-unless they are found guilty of adultery. Treat them fairly. If you happen to dislike them, you may hate something which Allah turns into a great blessing. This verse not only prohibits forced marriage but also preaches to tolarete even with the unappreaciatable quailities with women.

After that the Prophet (ﷺ) gave the choice to his other wives and they also gave the same reply as `Aisha did."

3. Aisha loved her marrisge and was posessive about it. •She would not bear the criticism of prophet. If you read Sahih al-Bukhari 6030 you will find that she was angered and cursing the j 3 w s who were wishing death to the prophetﷺ. The prophetﷺ then told her to take it easy and the hadith goes on. So Will she appreciate present day mockery? •Aisha was posessive about her marriage . You can get The reference from hadiths like bukhari 6004, Sunan an-Nasa'i 3956, ṣaḥīḥ ibn ḥibbān 3446 and the list goes on.

Even the original copy in the original language is missing. If the Bible itself is distorted, then the traditions are inevitably created by humans only and not from a prophet or God.

We don't know exactly the age. We know that she was pubere though. And for the people saying it's bad. Yes, from our point of view today. But at that time you were considered a woman at 13 and a grandmother at 30. Not just in the Arabic world but in Europe, Asia and all over the world. Look at the other marriage in the bible. Marie was 11 and Joseph 80. Look at the weddings in the Royal court in the UK, Spain or France. The kids were married around 10 even younger and the marriage was consumed when people were pubere. Make your researchs before judging and being hypocrite about it.

Did you know that Aisha had first been betrothed to Jabir bin Mut’im at the age of 5 and did not last for long? The Prophet Muhammad engaged Aisha at the age of 6 and married her at the age of 9. To shed light on why this was the case requires us to an Questions: • Was this marriage wrong 1400 years ago? • Do Muslims nowadays allow this type of marriage? The answer to both questions is NO. Questions for you to think about, if this marriage was wrong: ● Why did we not hear from Muslims around the Prophet Muhammad complaining or rejecting? ● Why did we not hear from the pagans and disbelievers around the Prophet Muhammad who were desperately seeking any reason to attack the Prophet Muhammad and stop the message of Islam? ● Why did we not hear from Aisha herself complaining about being married at the age of 9? ● If the Prophet Muhammad was pursuing his sexual desires, why were the rest of his wives old and most of them widows? Do you think that the Jews and disbelievers who were eager to destroy the prophet Muhammad waited 1400 for people in our days to bring this as an issue? please be smarter. The answers clearly lie in the fact that such practices were acceptable 1400 years ago. Not only did the people live centuries earlier, but also they followed different customs. Therefore, there was no reason for anyone to question the Prophet Muhammad's actions. Why did the prophet marry 9 years old? He married Aisha to Increase the number of female teachers who would convey to Muslims what they had learned from the Prophet since they see and hear him inside their houses. The Prophet knew that Aisha's intelligence would benefit the Muslims by transmitting knowledge from his life inside the house to educate others was not privy to. Aisha was a great teacher after the death of Prophet Muhammad and many Muslims benefited from her knowledge of Islam. Aisha narrated close to 2,210 hadiths (hadith is the record of the traditions or sayings of the Prophet Muhammad). It becomes clear, then, why Allah ordered the Prophet Muhammad to marry Aisha as narrated in the authentic Hadith where Aisha says: Allah's Messenger said to me, "You have been shown to me twice in (my) dreams. A man was carrying you in a silken cloth and said to me, 'This is your wife.' I uncovered it, and behold, it was you. I said to myself, 'If this dream is from Allah, He will cause it to come true.'" The truth of the matter is that opponents of Islam attacked the Prophet Muhammad in an effort to put him down without bothering to read the history. For such individuals, here is a short history lesson to help them to understand: 1- Let us first read what the Jewish holy scriptures say about marrying a minor. Whom Jesus was one of them and he came NOT TO DESTROY THE LAW. Ishut 15:7 A man should not marry a barren women, an elderly woman, an aylonit or A MINOR who is not fit to bear a child *UNLESS* he has already fulfilled the mitzvah of being fruitful and multiplying, or he has another wife with whom he can father children. "Unless" means the Jewish man can marry a minor if he has already fulfilled the mitzvah of being fruitful? As you can read, if the man has another wife who can have children, he is allowed to marry a MINOR who is still under the age of getting pregnant. Read also Ezekiel 16:4-8, where when referring to the female subject, it says when the girl’s breast formed and her pubic hair grew, he married her. Also, According to Jewish sacred books, 3 years and one day can marry and have intercourse. Let us read Mishna Six division on page 750 Mishna is the first major written collection of the Jewish oral traditions that are known as the Oral Torah. SIXTH DIVISION, TOHOROTH (Page 750) " 4. A girl three years old and one day may be betrothed by intercourse; …" Also read Shulchan Arukh, Even HaEzer 23:5 “A woman who has some sort of closure in her womb and therefore when her husband has relations with her he sprinkles outside, this is prohibited (*but it is permitted to have relations WITH A MINOR or an aylonit since this is the way of the land*) (Tosafot and the Mordecai ch. 1 Yevamot, and Nimukei Yosef on the chapter [entitled] Haba al Yevamto).” 2- One must first understand that 1400 years ago was different than today. The laws, culture, and age of puberty and maturity for girls differed. Back then it was common to marry young girls. It is a fact that 1400 years ago girls of Aisha’s age were considered young women. Girls of the 7th century matured earlier than girls in our present century. Also, it is a fact that girls living in hot climates are known to reach puberty earlier in life than their counterparts living in cold climates. 3- Next, we have to consider the fact that girls from ages 9 to 14 were being married in Europe, Asia, and Africa. As a matter of fact, in the United States, until the mid-1960s, girls were allowed to marry at the age of 7 in Delaware and at 10 in many other states. Check what The Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media (CHNM) at George Mason University put in the "Children and Youth in History" article on its website. 3- Further, here are some additional historical facts that warrant our attention: ● According to Jewish sacred books, 3 years and one day can marry and have intercourse. Let us read Mishna Six division on page 750 Mishna is the first major written collection of the Jewish oral traditions that are known as the Oral Torah. SIXTH DIVISION, TOHOROTH (Page 750) " 4. A girl three years old and one day may be betrothed by intercourse; …" *You must agree with me that 9 years will be much older than 3 years* Professor of Sociology Anthony Joseph Paul Cortese said: "In 1962, the American Law Institute recommended that the legal age of consent to sex- that is, the age below which sex is defined as statutory rape- be dropped in every state to age 10 (Katchadourian and Lund 1972: 439). In fact, until the mid-1960s, the legal age of consent in Delaware was 7 (Kling, 1965: 216). So a 50-year-old man could legally have sexual intercourse with a 7-year-old girl" ● Shakespeare’s Juliet was just 13, and there is no hint in the play that this was considered to be exceptional ● The minimum age for marriage under Jewish law is 12 for girls (Judaism 101: Marriage) ● Margaret-Maria married Isaac II Angelus (Byzantine Emperor) at the age of 9 ● Mary, Jesus’ mother, married Joseph who was 80 or 90 years old when she was 12 ● Isaac’s Marriage to 10-year-old Rebecca ● Roman Emperors married girls as young as 8. ● Saint Augustine in 350AD married a 10-year-old girl ● King Richard II in 1400 married a 7-year-old girl ● Henry VIII in 1500AD married a 6-year-old girl The Prophet Muhammad did not marry Aisha to please his physical desires. Had he done so, he would have married other young girls. Instead, all of his other wives were widows or older women. Therefore, one must educate oneself by reading the history like the facts mentioned above, before making decisions about events that occurred centuries earlier.

To a prophet of God? Where in any book of humanity do you see a prophet of God the Most High marrying a 6 year old when he is 54 years old? The. I watch many debates Christian V's Islam..... and it always ends with the Muslim either walking away.... sit there shaking their head... or talking over the Christian when they hit a raw nerve. I challenge you to watch the videos of Sheikh Othman, Ahmed Deedat and Zakir Naik. Show me a video of a Christian discussing with a Muslim scholar and defeating him. I'm not lying, did you watch all the video ? It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah married me when I was six, and consummated the marriage with me when I was nine." Hadith sahih , and it was normal for them to marry at this age , watch the full video first , and yes there's some scholars who said that she was 17 , 9 or 17 both are normal

No. Sahih Al Bukhari 5134, Book 67, hadith 70 ,an authentic hadith clearly says she was 6 when married and 9 when consumated.
