Safety net kind of thing. If Cody can't reach the notes or needs a breather, the track will still provide the part so it doesn't feel empty. With time, this will be used less and less with Cody becoming a better vocalist. His progression over the past year has been nuts anyway.

Honestly they've been needing to up their dubbed in game to compete with the likes of Bad Omens. IMO the least they can do is have the guitarists fake like they are singing the background vocals. I welcome a better live sound though!

@@adriandavidpayne I’m old school so I don’t really believe in subbed in vocals I mean if your practicing and such you shouldn’t need them! I miss the days of seeing bands live for what they really were I understand studio and live are different but we pay to see and hear what we like we should atleast be granted that without realizing this artist or that artist is not actually singing or playing or whatever 🤷🏻‍♂️

Its cause their singer has problems. I enjoy this band but his voice is shot after like 2 songs and he really struggles to hit the high notes. I hope he improves over time or this band won't last

Seriously disappointed. I added a couple of their tracks to my regular playlist and they sound so good in studio, love the music, but don’t think I’d pay to see them live after watching this.

There's actually a new guy doing vocals for them on the current tour that they are on as a fill-in and he sounds incredible. I don't think Cody will return to the group

They actually got a new vocalist who is INSANE live. He not only brings the energy, but his vocals are amazing as well, both clean and harsh. I think once their new album comes out you should give them another listen, and try seeing them live. I promise you won’t regret it.
