We can learn what it means to live emotionally-healthy lives from studying Jesus’ life and how He cared for and responded to the people around Him.

I am encouraged someone is taking on emotional intelligence biblically and offering it for free. Our society needs this more than we know. The church needs it!
Sharing this with my daughter who needs the mighty hand of God in her life!
This study/book is so relevant for those of us who are grieving parents because the emotions cannot be taken captive. The internal tsunami is what is left of our children and to deny it feels like letting go of our child.
