See Ephesians 6. The Sword of the Spirit is the spoken word of God and is a very powerful weapon against fear/the enemy. Speak Scripture out loud and it will change your life, not to mention finding a small group where you can be real and discipled. Jesus is our Prince of Peace.

YES. speaking scripture out loud CHANGED MY LIFE.

What's worked for me is filling my mind with God's word, I'm constantly listen to the Bible on audio whenever I'm not reading it. I heard, if you fill your mind with the word of God there won't be any space for the enemy to get in. Of course also be alert to what you're thinking and redirect to positive thoughts and God's amazing promises. Also, listening to worship singing and praising God... He is faithful to His promises.. He's always on time! Amen God bless you all

When things are going good in my life that's when my anxiety is the worst.

I am not a particularly religious person, but I love this message. It’s time to be angry about the things that are bringing me down.

This was amazing, the world needs to hear this

Take every thought captive. We had little nets in the summer for bugs. It was a photo opp. A great reminder for us to catch these thoughts. Take the, to the Lord.

I started the audiobook and decided it had so much information in it that I needed to get the book. I’m now reading the book as well as watching this video. So powerful. Thank you. This is what I needed.

I want to have friends that can go to war with me and that I can go to war with them because you’re very right on how we need people in our lives to hold accountability.

A couple of years ago, my brother got the idea to scare me when I was in a dark mood. What followed was amazing. Me: “Ahhhh!!! You scared the hell out of me!” Him: “Good.” I realized immediately what he was doing. He single-handedly broke me out of that deep dive into fear.

Joyce Meyers speaks on this alot, and her book Battlefield of the mind, great book and devotional.

I like what he said about forgiven people going to heaven and not being able to earn god because it's written "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven"(Matthew 5:4) and that it the case. When you recognize that you can do it on your own, you're able to realize you never had to and even better, god is much stronger than we could ever be so it's actually better this way.

I think that we should talk about these things. Jesus died not just for my sins but for my brokenness emotionally as well. It’s ok to seek professional help and get on some medication if needed.

I’m so lonely I’m stuck in my head. I guess what I want from god I can’t have a walk with him when I need a hug from him I’m still alone. He talks but it’s whispers or a sentence I feel I’ll never be able to have a sit down with him. Even when he talks to me I still feel so alone the heart is a liar so feelings are useless. I love him so much it hurts that I can’t reach out and touch him. If he wants me to just look at him. Why is satin given so much power. It’s hard to cancel out the thoughts that our father who loves is so much created of being to torture us day and night. It’s so hard on me. I just feel so alone I beg for help. And God whispers was Satan has a megaphone. The more I want to follow God the more it seems like the only way I can make it is if I lock my self in a room everything is a sin. I don’t know how to Battle loneliness when I have no one to talk to I sign up for life group it once a week I go to church I want to do everything I can. I love my church but when I’m not there I’m trying to remember Bible as much as possible but the moment I put it down Satan blast me with every thought and I’m constantly having to fight it’s exhausting. I don’t know where I’m going I don’t know what to do
