UNSEALED with Mark Greene

Ойын-сауық

Today’s guest is Jack’s BUD/S Classmate and Navy SEAL Teammate Mark Greene.
Join them as they reminisce about BUD/S, share stories from deployments, and reflect on the profound loss of brothers in arms.
Mark's post-military path took him to the University of Southern California, where he played a crucial role in veteran programs and fundraising. Mark's latest accomplishment, the book UNSEALED, is an open, honest, unflinching account of life in the trenches.
Tune in to navigate through the highs and lows of a life lived dangerously and purposefully.
To learn more about Mark, follow him on Instagram @themarkgreene and visit his website, themarkgreene.com.

I watched Mark on Cleared Hot and now on Danger Close. Both very inspiring conversations. I think there's something that comes out in these peer to peer conversations which you don't get from a standard media interview. Very cool - and it takes courage to put some of this stuff out there. Thank you - I'll be buying the book 👍

Outstanding interview, Mr Carr! I was just a common Navy Salvage diver at Little Creek, but went TAD to St. CROIX several times with Team 2 guys. Always patriotic, but never quite as much so watching this exchange! You guys need to make this interview mandatory for civics class in all schools in order to promote patriotism and anti-racism in country!

EMDR worked well for me and helped me remember good and bad memories. It’s a newer therapy that my guy at the VA and I went through. God, it has helped with the past issues. I’m glad it worked for Mark too. You guys are great and I loved this episode.

Jack, really enjoyed this episode and appreciated the insight into your Naval career. I know this is not an aspect you talk about much and it was good to hear the relationship you and Mark have and your life in BUD/S.

I DIED laughing on “They didn’t explain how to do the combat side stroke. They just threw you in and said, don’t suck.” 😂 I was lucky back in 92, had several guys teach us In the Marine Corps tips and tricks. I was not a fan of swimming. I learned to love it.
