    thanks so much!!. If you can't get the bottom to be flat to attach the feet- I'd maybe make a square out of jenga blocks - 2 block x 2 blocks x 2 blocks x 2 blocks- and "rest the bowl" on top of it - that might work better for you. Hope that helps!!! Thanks for watching!!❤😀

    Miss Lady I totally love your attitude! Plus you are hilarious (don't know if you knew that, but it is so true)! I loved the bowl you made last time so much that I've made two so far.... Now I'm all tuned in on this one and can't wait to get started! This is a beautiful masterpiece!! And omg I see what you meant last time about staining all those blocks so I think I found my groove with my stain.... a cardboard box/tray and a foam brush! I was able to hold approx 7 blocks in a row at a time and basically semi-drench them on all sides. It was still some work, but much easier and not so messy. And btw, I love the titebond lll wood glue and most recently the DAP Rapid Fuse super glue! Omg, you have to try it....a few seconds and EVERYTHING IS STUCK TOGETHER! Lol, take care all, God bless, and thank you for calling out medication that works!! You rock!!!

    You so inspired me that i made the first bowl. I love how it turned out but this one is even more awesome. Do you have a Face Book acct? Also, She's So CraftDee does amazing tower block crafts. If you haven't seen her stuff check her out.

    Would you consider making a tumbling block clock? Preferably a grandfather style clock....a mini size or any size or style really, I'm not picky! I love clocks and I can't find anything unique anywhere and I'm personally at a loss for creativity and inspiration on that!! Thanks in advance!!

    I will definitely look into doing that- I've never made a clock-so that would be interesting- Thank you for the suggestion!

    Hi, love your channel and the crafts you do. Can you tell me how much coffee and water you used to get the stain you show? I soaked my blocks in a coffee and water solution but when dried they are only slightly stained, how do I get a deeper color like yours? I’m currently soaking them again to see if that helps.

    Hi! I think it depends on what coffee you are using- but honestly I use practically half a large jar of the instant coffee in a big bowl of water and I usually let them soak for at least 24 hours- the key is more coffee (and time)- the darker the blocks should get. Just remember that they will get lighter when they dry, so if the color is good while they are soaking, maybe leave it longer to get the color deeper. I hope that helps! ❤️

    @@MedicatedHousewifeDIYs thank you for the reply and advice. A second soak seemed to help in my case, so perhaps I didn’t use enough coffee, so next time I will make it stronger. I am going make this craft, it is absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for the video and keep the good ideas coming!

    Id love to know what would happen if this fell. I'm not knocking it I just would like to know how durable it is.

    Not sure about it falling (because I don't want to drop it on purpose-lol) - but I can carry it around by the top handle without any issue- even when its filled with the decorative balls- if that helps answer?

    Has anyone used hot glue as a secondary glue to the wood glue and if so did anyone have any difficulties with it staying glue long term?

  • @MedicatedHousewifeDIYs

    @MedicatedHousewifeDIYs

    I think it'd be fine to use the hot glue in addition to the wood glue. But the wood glue is what will give it the long term hold- without that , the hot glue pieces would snap right off. So I'd recommend either only wood glue- or wood glue plus a tiny bit of hot glue -just to keep things in place short term.- Hope that helps!😃

    So with your first bowl, you glued two blocks, sandwich style, to make the bowl. In this video, the "basket", am I correct in that you used SINGLE blocks to make this basket & only used two glued together for the legs, for lack of knowing what else to call them to add heights to the basket? TIA! PAM, AN AVID FOLLOWER & ADMIRER OF YOUR CRAFTS!

    Yes, that’s correct, I used single blocks for this one- not sandwiched - except for the legs. Thank you so much for all your support- I’m so happy you like my crafts- let me know if you have any other questions! Thank you again!!❤️
