In video where his words or inaudible aur cut his interpreter did say revolutionary work. Even in his clarification he did not reject the idea instead he said survey will include economic and institutional report. For those are trying to tell what he said and where he is ambiguous how come they are smart enough to be reading between lines for other leaders. Its only Rahul Gandhi in our country to held such position where journalists do not read between lines but try showing ambiguity.
