Judiciary is a joke in India.

I'm certain there's a rule prohibiting the provision of alcohol to minors. A case should be filed against the pub, and the father should be held accountable for the two deaths. He should be made an example of and sentenced to 28 years in prison. Once the child reaches adulthood, this irresponsible drunk driver should be sent back to jail to complete the remainder of the jail term, and the father should be released.

He is just 4 months away from 18, he should be tried under adult law, especially after the Nirbhaya incident minors above 16 are to be considered as adults when involved in a heinous crime like this.

In USA, a teenager killed two people by his speeding car and he had 24 years jail but in India you get out within few hours? I feel shameful saying that I belong from this country living with people like This

1:31 - While interviewing, police commissioner is afraid to say the name of culprits. They bailed the culprits within 14 hours and still confidently saying that they can't be more stringent on this. What a shame!
