I've watched this like five times in the past two days since I discovered this. It's so damn good. That vocal is just amazing. Especially the last line, I just can't get over how good the delivery was on "... and now there's nothing left...". SSS performance man. My head cannon says this is the official English version now.

We've been listening to the japanese lyrics mindlessly this whole time and now that we can understand the lyrics the song literally sums up the whole season and all of Kaneki's story

Hearing this in english for the first time is insane. I apreciate it so much, how much memories come back. How much Kaneki struggled and was in pain but never wanted anyone else to feel that pain

It was very hard for Ishida to finish tokyo ghoul. He even thought of suicide, his own manga gave him depresion. The ending was suppost to be tragic but he speard us. Im so happy after so long he is finaly working in a new manga
