squads is easiest but you go up the least the more players on your team the less percent you get

For those who want to know! Ranked didn't get harder If you kill players unranked and plat when you're in diamond 2 you go up 1% for the plat and 0% for the unranked! Just a heads up that's why i play to diamond 2 quit for a few days so everyone washes through and it is back to normal Hope I helped :)
