The largest contributor to your slow ranked process was playing in squads. Playing in game modes such as solos or duos will give you a considerable amount more ranked progress, and could have made your grind shorter. I know that this may have been a decision that you chose intentionally, either to play with friends or to make the grind more enjoyable, but I still think that playing in a game mode with fewer teammates, or none at all, would have been much faster. Cool tip i found is that playing solo's is easier to rank up I went to plat 2 to diamond 3 just play 10 games i just got at lest 3-4 kills each games and got 10 top
