Just finished the book and I totally agree with you! I just can't get past the fact that Knox disrespected Naomi so much and had no worthy reason to do so. Also, his communication skills is 💩 istg. I am seriously judging the ones telling Knox is the best book boyfriend fr!!

I agree with everything you said , I knew from the beginning of the book that I’m not going to like it and that’s because of the part where she went to that cafe and then the bartender or the one who serving there thought she was her twin Tina and she was like I’m not and give him her driving license like right away without any hesitation !!! but when Knox came and started talking shit to her it’s was 2 pages long why she did not tell him I’m not Tina and it would be literally two lines and that’s it, that made me feel that she wants to build the chemistry between the two of them but it was soooo bad

The whole book felt like an excuse for spiciness. I thought the story line was unrealistic. I found it hard to care about what happened next. In fact I quit reading, but then picked it back up just to see if it was worth it. There were some charming little parts in there, but over all It was a disappointment for me too, which sucks because I’m just not getting back into reading, and this is the second time tiktok has done this to me with book recs 🥴

TikTok is SO hit or miss 😂🙈 which book was the first one?!

I did not enjoy this book at all... It was way to long, the plot was annoying and weak and I hated the name of the niece and the dog.

I do not recommend it hahahahahh

I kid you not; I knew since the beginning that there were a lot of tropes that I was not going to enjoy. It has a great plot at first, but how things unraveled later made me lose all hope of liking it. You’re not alone in not loving this book or Knox, even if you wanted to 😢

Monae from @lifeasmonae recently did a video about this book and I think she touches on similar points that you mentioned and it was hilarious to watch which is always a plus lol

ooh I'll have to watch that video! I was so disappointed and was wondering if I was reading the same book everyone else loved. KNOX IS SO DIRTY HAHAHA like literally! I could not get over that

I did not like this book at all I can hardly give it a two.. It was waaaaay too long and cheesy. Same things were happening over and over again.. And the plot? Way too weak I honestly just continued reading to see why Knox was acting that way then I got super disappointed by the plot.. Plusss that it was unrealistic in my opinion because the whole town including Knox’s family standing against him and calling dumb just because he broke up with Naomi I mean who cares?😅 Anddd didn’t like the names in this book as well Like “Noami” “Waylay” Really Lucy? Bad book..

Don't forget about "Liza J" if you aren't going to call her some variation of grandma at least just stick with Liza only ughhh it annoyed me.

I have heard some negative things about this one recently. Just book tok recommending bad books 🤣 I’m definitely not reading it
