You're right that this is a circus act. Instead though, I'm gonna add onto this show, doing a little thing called write-in voting. It's not even gonna be a real person, that much I know.

I agree with the overall message of this video but unfortunately inaction is a vote for one side or the other whether you want it to be or not. practically it just does not help. It is insane that our hands are bound in this fashion but they are

I don't know anyone who can't clearly observe it's a clown fiesta. But if one wants things to be better, pointing out that it's a fiesta, being apolitical and saying we need something better isn't sufficient. If you care you need to understand these different facets. One example you gave is the idea that 'the system has failed 99%'. If it were true, it would be different, rather we have done what we've meant to do, which is provide the boomers with a comfortable life and a comfortable retirement. You might not have intended that, but that is the demographic in congress, the demographic with the most resources, a demographic that goes to the polls, and so on.

It seems that to be a successful politician you don't have to actually be a good leader. Charisma and luck can get a person a long way. It takes a very special individual to lead a nation right. they don't carve your face into the side of a mountain for being ordinary. I hate politics too

I hope you don't mind my lengthy response to your video but I'd rather do it here then make some click bait "response" video "nothing in our culture gets as much as emotional intensity as politics" well yeah it affects the lives of us all. Quite literally in terms the military and the police, metaphorically in the sense of our freedoms such as our reporoductive rights and in the sense of the quality of our lives from an economic, educational, and healthcare perspective. "Both sides suck" Trump: Threatens our very democracy, wants to get rid of our education, set record high numbers or people without healthcare, deport more people than any president ever at such a large scale that's so large it would increase inflation and set a nearly 5 trillion loss in our GDP and a loss in 6 billion in tax revenue, wants to cut social security and cut off millions from their retirement, wants (and in many cases already has via the supreme court justices that he's stacked) to create a super conservative executive branch that is no longer beholden to checks and balances by hiring full time employees that politically align with the Trump style conservative movement versus the current system where federally employees have protections from political prosecution and hired based on merit and expertise, attack lgbt rights, attack abortion rights, increase oil drilling on public land for private profit, persecute religious freedoms by adopting Christian nationalist policies especially in schools, increase the militarized police state by authorizing the national guard to be employed full time in big cities and giving them immunity and extrajudicial rights Biden wants to expand our education by increasing teacher pay and relieving student debt and providing preK education, expand healthcare access and lower costs, protect LGBT rights and abortion access, continue the already most impressive action on climate change in American history, increase VA benefits, make immigration easier, lax up on the war on drugs while providing increased funding to mental health and addiction treatment and idk not be a christiofascist But yeah sure they're the same "We need more coming togetherness" not with fascists or people who want people like me or my family dead "The system the system the system! All blame the system" lol I love when people want to blame the system for "failing us" but don't actually list a single fact as to what the system is nor do they have any actually details or analysis on HOW or WHAT has been failed "Don't vote" yes this is the conservative strategy, this is why they make it harder to vote, this is why they don't do these massive encouraging encouraging people to go out and vote campaigns the way progressives/liberals do, and this exactly how they win is through voter apathy because they know that 60%+ of all non voters would be voting democrat in all likelihood The comparison of Hitler to Stalin is quite laughable really. Not voting doesn't change the system, it doesn't abolish the system, there HAS to be a president elected telling your 1k+ish subs to note vote isn't going to suddenly abolish the system or create some "no politics" utopia What this video is telling me is: this guy is ignorant on politics, he doesn't like hearing people argue about politics but doesn't want to provide any solutions either and wants to feel justified and self righteous in his choice to not vote and to not actually do any research regarding politics.

Unlike you , I really love French politics. I feel like what you have is closer to a circus monarchy that leads to stupidness than a democracy. I like the legacy and the history of french politics , from revolution to nowadays. Even tough we still have very corrupt medias , the people vote rather fairly and we have stories of ppl from the poorest families becoming very strong in politics , witch I wish to do. France as a very beatiful political system to me. Sorry for the english. I think ppl should vote blank .
