I am racial. I am not racist. I can and will talk about being black all day. And respect your culture and heritage as well. We all should.

What if I fully agree with coach and extremely happy that people with platforms are giving glory to Christ but don’t drop the “er”?

It's really not complicated guys. We literally are livng through a month where people are being celebrated for identifying as nothing (non-binary). His identity is his faith. Plain and simple.

Joe asked I wonder how many were Christian? Well, ALL NBA coaches have been Christian (or Jewish). There’s been no discrimination against Christian coaches. His response is befuddling.

Well, he’s biracial.. he might not be equipped to discuss race, especially when his white father was a major influence on him

Both mazzulla and kidd are biracial. Mazzulla father I believe is Sicilian. Of course blackness is not a monolith but I think his father instilled more religious pride from an identity standpoint then race.

Joe didn't fall for the bait. He is a God fearing Christian who has no care for racial idolatry. Good job Joe.

As a minority, just curious, why do we care so much about being a minority? who cares? this is sports channel, lets talk sports. This topic never comes up in Puerto Rico, never comes up Mexico, never comes up in the Philippines?

We’ve had an historic race problem in the United States. Blacks have been underrepresented in a variety of areas.

I’m curious as to how diverse are those countries and what is their history with race. Also what is the big deal about acknowledging race? Why do we have to pretend we that different races exist? It seems to me the issue gets bigger when there is a denial of race.
