Hope you took the jar with no bottom it would make a nice dome craft placed on one of your stands.

That aqua jar with no bottom would make a nice mudlarking dome or fairy light craft. Maybe next time😃

Finding the jar without the bottom was pretty funny, I wonder if you can use it like a dome somehow... and I am really glad you found your marbles! 😂

You're not a fool! I laughed out loud when you noticed the bottom missing on that jar. Imperfections are good, but missing a bottom is a really big imperfection. 🙂You guys are so lucky. We never see stuff like this here in the states. Unless it's in an expensive antiques store. You are so good about not taking everything. I can't say I'd be as good.

Stone steps were kept clan with a Donkey stine. Which is what you found Sarah. It was a kind of sand stone, if i rem rember rightly. I've never seen one in person before. That was interesting to see. Wow there was such a lot of stuff to see on this lark. Oh dear, still collecting jam jars Sarah and Mick. That was a great day out for finding things. Some lovely finds. Great stuff for crafting with too. Loved the acorn pipe. 😊

Sarah, your idea of painting the embossed bottles, then distressing them appeals to me - lovely idea ... and the aqua jar would make a wonderful hurricane glass shade

I really want to thank you, Sarah and Mick for this video/upload. 🙏 Especially, since it was one of your longer videos. You have no idea how much I needed to "loose" myself, by following along on your lark. Have not been doing to good lately. WAY to much going on around me, that is out of my control and me head is spinning, I don't know if I'm coming, going or just spinning around in a circle... 🤯😔 I even managed to smile a few times, listening to your comments, especially about the one Sarah said about "old age". 🙂 So, thank you from the bottom of my heart, if I even have one? 🤔 I so wish it were possible for me to come to England/Great Britain. (Never sure which name of the country is the "right" one to use) Just drive me out to a tip/dump, drop me and my dog (Service Dog that alerts me to my sugar drops) off with my tent, camping gear and leave me there for a week or two and I'd be happy to the point of being giddy!! I know I wouldn't be able to bring back to Sweden even a fraction of what I could be able to find but, it's the finding that for me is most important and someone else can/could benefit from the rest of the finds. I know this is more than impossible, since even though my dog has her passport, had ALL of her shots, rabies included and more, it's very difficult to be able to get permission to bring in a dog to England. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops and, if it's not a dog show you will be attending/competing, it's even more difficult so, I'll just keep on dreaming. I have not been able to locate any old dumps/tips here in Sweden. Have managed to find two "oldish" bottles in relative good shape this past summer, only a little bit sick on the outsides that both have applied tops. And 2 old tins and lids that have contained Vaseline, while I've been out in the forest surrounding my house foraging for mushrooms and berries. Someone had found them before me, and propped them up against the foot of a pine tree so, I have no idea where they actually found them. Anyhow, once again...Thank you for this video/upload, I really needed it. ❤ //Solani

That bottomless blue jar, would make a great light shade, for a standup or hanging light, just a thought on other uses for such jars. That pink bead looks like a Murano venetian lampwork bead from the 1920's . Greensill's Mona Bouquet looks like it was a perfume used to put on a handkerchief or your personal toiletries. Made by T.S. Greensill sold by Douglass in the Isle of Man, I believe that's who made it.

The embossed bottles sell for 50 to 100 each in America. I wish I found a place like that I would take every bottles broke or not . The broke ones glued together sell also. The uranium glass if broken is ground into powder for put in paint to make glowing paint

That bottomless jar would make a great cloche for your crafts. I tip lark because of finding these videos. I see people lament that there is nothing here in the US but they are so wrong. Its all Victorian stuff you guys find and the US was well swinging by those days. If there is a park with a creek, there is probably old garbage. Thanks for inspiring me to go find my own treasures. btw, I am a perimenopausal woman who is not fit AND I go do it by myself. IF YOU WANT TO DO IT< GO DO IT!!!
