Redeeming these Amex points is where the fun really begins with credit cards... definitely my favorite part of the whole process

If used correctly, particularly with transfer partners, Amex MR points are extremely valuable. Especially when you start to book luxury international trips... while that isn't necessarily realistic for everyone, it's pretty awesome to unlock the ability to book these aspirational trips just because you were responsible with your credit cards. hello Brian, I've followed you for the past year and wanted to say your videos has helped me get approved yesterday 9-8-23 for AmEx Plum, Platinum, Gold and Blue cash for my business. My next goal is to duplicate this on my personal side starting 1st qtr. next 2024. I want to focus on warming up my current AmEx cards with gradual monthly charges. starting off at $1,000, then gradually increase each month by $1,000 so as not to alert the AmEx police. Bronx, NYC

Do you still get as good of benefits if you're Canadian? I had my eye on the Amex Gold Card for a while, specifically to use within my marketing as advertising dollars rack up, however I am not sure if it's as worth it if you aren't American? Why is redeeming for cash not the best way to redeem. If you think using them for travel and other perks thats the credit cards scamming you.

I'd say it depends. Redeeming for cash makes more sense if you aren't traveling. But if you happen to be traveling anyways your points will go much farther
