I’m 28, I couldn’t even afford to even finish undergrad. I’m trying to get a hold of my life and get better credit, work a job that pays me enough and trying to figure out what I am passionate about. Videos like this are so helpful. Thanks for making this🙏🏽

15:00 this is the one thing I would argue against. You get a good relationship with a small bank/credit union and you can get things that the other banks won't give you. These other banks even if you have 10 million+ in your bank account, you are still a number to them. Small bank, you can call them up and get approved for any loan with a good relationship. Having big banks is more secure sure but why not both?

Been here since 2021, I am 23yr with 14 credit cards with a 760 credit score. You have helped me a long way, miss the secret messages you would put in your descriptions.
