I think that she may be thinking "what the hell do I do with the stringy hair at the bottom, in the back???"... along with how FRICKIN AMAZING the rest of it is! I absolutely ADORE this style... have tried to get it SO SO MANY TIMES over the past several years, and it's 100% of the time a *FAIL*. Evidently, I just don't know the correct "lingo" to explain exactly what I'm wanting (although, I ALWAYS bring tons of pics! No help!) Thank you for the video... turned out beautiful.
