Wonder why 2 bulls are required,it's not at all a tedious work & secondly the wooden arm must be absorbing quite some oil & the oil so produced seems quite watery unlike real oil which has viscosity when poured

No, you got all wrong. There are some with one bull, but two will handle large forces. The wooden spindle is made from special wood, which is very tough. though it initially absorb some oil, it will not form second batch. The cold pressed oil is healthier than refined oil which lose it healthy ingredients. The only disadvantage is it cannot be mass produced, only villagers and small town people can enjoy this.
