My family use to mass produce Coconut oil back in the Caribbean and trust me they did it the old fashion way and it still looked clean these people just don't care about food laws or hygiene

There are different methods of extracting oil from coconuts.THIS IS THE TRADITIONAL ONE , BUT ROTATING THE WEIGHT PRESS IS DONE USING MACHINE AND NOT USING MAN POWER OR ANIMAL POWER( B7LLS OR BUFFALOES IN THE PAST) COCONUT OIL IS EDIBLE AND WITH LOWEST FAT LIKE OLIVE OIL.Coconuts are used for cooking and for cosmetics and cobfectionery/ baking/ body care.
