Awesome! Thank you! Its going to be an amazing cruise and you won't regret it. You could always bring some maple syrup for the friend cheesecake at 150 Central Park too, I would've preferred it over Nutella, I think haha. Oh Canada!

You can always ask for to go Izumi , place your order 1 hour before they close and they will have it ready in about 30 minutes or so, you can place in the fridge for a late night snack

The grilled items at Sabor are a welcome change. We always miss the outdoor grill taste when we cruise

Chops is the best from what I've seen ❤

Chops has the best filet but if you’re not in the mood for steak you might have better options elsewhere :)

We ordered Ultimate Dining for our next cruise. New to your channel and saw a husky cruise through the room. We have 3.5. We have a Boston that is convinced she is a husky so that’s why 3.5. GREAT DOGS! I love our dogs! Juneau, Lakota, and Odin. The .5 is Arya.

Aw absolutely love to hear that!!! Especially the part about Arya. All of my babies are copper red siberians :) currently cuddling with them on the couch as I write this actually. I hope your cruise and ultimate dining experience is phenomenal!

You're 100% right. I hadn't realized because all the ships I had been on aren't the newest, they're just the refurbished oasis class+ mariner and navigator. And as you mentioned Giovannis is indeed on Wonder of the Seas alluding to the fact that the contract did in fact end. I probably could've googled it but you're a smart fella! The unlimited dinning package is definitely worth the money. Fine dining with many options to choose from. I really enjoy it as a solo traveler as the environments are more intimate and less noisy than the main dining room or Windjammer. As a solo cruiser, large dinning venues like the main dining room makes me feel ALONE, so smaller restaurant environments work best for me. If you get the unlimited dining package, make sure to book your choices soon after you board so that you do not miss out on your choice eating experience because it was booked up. They book up fast so make that a priority. Enjoy!

I think you made this video cause you knew I would comment!! I swear this one will be short...lol. OK the "pants" make me lol everytime, still cant believe that was a thing! By far my fav is Chops, it can vary from ship to ship or even same ship different sailing but still love it. 150 you ask??? You can keep it honestly...idk, just did not do it for me and we actually skipped it last time and it was included with the Star Class dining. Speaking of Star Class Ultimate Dining package...there is no $ limit or extra charge for Izumi or any of the other places. I did not know they had a limit cause I ordered like 3 plates of sushi...lol. Love sabor and the italian place. Have not done Wonderland yet, but will on Ovation. See I kept it short....as always be well and until the next video 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

You know I'm always looking forward to your comments! And yessss I suppose its funny as long as you're not the one walking back to the room to change haha... That's right you weren't a fan of 150 Central Park. I think I would go there purely for the fried cheesecake, and my mom was a huge fan of the cauliflower steak. I didn't think the fish was anything special either! Interesting about star class! Yeah its a $10 upcharge on top of the UDP for you to get Hibachi and there's a couple items at Chops which may have an uncharge like the surf and turf. Ooooo Wonderland is awesome! Just not my favorite type of food either, it reminded me of the food you pick on at a mediocre wedding while you're waiting for your entree to arrive. That being said the short rib was AMAZING, and the chocolate dessert was absolutely decadent as well. Ovation will be amazing, I hope you're getting excited! Thank you, don't expect much from the next video haha, its a quick one and I was overly tired so my eyes are -_-.

@@OhanaVlog Will start getting excited after new year for Ovation. Right now looking at flights and they are expensive to fly cross country. We are leaving from Vancouver, so that makes it a bit more expensive. I am actually looking to fly to Montreal for a couple of days and then Montreal to Vancouver on Air Canada is cheaper(canadian domestic flight cheaper) I swear the hoops the airlines make you jump through these days ugh!...basically im getting two flights(montreal and vancouver) for the price of one US domestic carrier to vancouver....

Yes on sea days you can eat on any of the restaurants. on non sea days there will still be a couple places you can eat with unlimited dining, But many options may not be available! Happy Sailing!!

Can I book two different speciality restaurants at different times on the same night? Like an early dinner and a late dinner.

No they only allow you to book one at a time, so I suggest you book the one you really want to go to first, that way you can go as a walk up to the second one and they hopefully can accommodate you!

What ship were you on? I'll be on Wonder of the seas at the end of January :)

Harmony of the Seas was where all of this footage was from. But all the specialty restaurants are pretty consistent across the fleet. Ahhh so close! January is practically here. Thanks for commenting and I can't wait to hear about how amazing your cruise was!!!

Im trying to understand the maximum pigging out that we'd be able to do with the unlimited dining package. Would we be able to order multiple appetizers/entrees/desserts at one restaurant lets say, for lunch/dinner, then go to another included restaurant and have a second unlimited lunch/dinner?

Yea you are able to do that however it comes down to availability, so for example you make your reservation for dinner at chops and then you want Giovanni’s or Jamie’s after it would likely be hard to find a table as a walk up diner unless the ship was nowhere near capacity. However if you are looking to get chops and then head to playmakers or sabor after (usually less crowded, faster paced) you would have a decent chance of getting a walk up table and thus having your whole meal( or a la carte $) covered. It’s definitely possible to maximize your meals and honestly I used to say the same thing too but once you have the unlimited dining plan you’re basically full all the time anyway 😂 Thanks for commenting and have an amazing cruise!

One sea day the rest of the family decided to solarium bistro, so I went to Playmakers. As I was starting to eat they called me to let me know they went to Jamie’s instead. So I got my food to go, dropped it off at the room and ate at Jamie’s. So yes you can, but like he said, if room is available. This was at lunch time btw.

I was curious can you still get multiple appetizers sides and desserts at chops? I noticed the menu now have choose one under those choices

I haven't been at specialty dining since Harmony of the Seas in September but im 99% certain you can definitely order more than one. The only thing they may give you a hard time over would be multiple filet's from chops or multiple lobster dinners in the MDR. But I will find out on Oasis for you in a couple weeks!!!

@@tdubbdagreat1173 it’s great if you feel like you got it for a deal, if you think the price is too high and you don’t like the pressure of having set dining times maybe the Buffet is more your speed. I personally will always try and get the unlimited dining plan because it offers exactly what I’m looking for on a cruise to be pampered and saying omg this is amazing with every dish, you simply don’t get that in the MDR anymore :( and is it unlimited!? Basically… you get one reservation every night but can go back and visit one of the less busy ones for a second if your first one was early enough, or you could go to one of the less busy ones as a walk up like sabor for apps and drinks and then head over to chops for your actual dinner. But no you won’t be able to visit both Chops and 150 Central Park in the same night id imagine

Oh and lunch on all sea days too, I even get lucky finding a johnny rockets open once in awhile on non seadays and that’s included too of course

Does anybody know what is offered on a 15 night cruise with dining package ? Would they still do unlimited or just for few nights ?

Unfortunately I do not believe so. It would not be economically feasible or they’d have to charge an arm and a leg, great question, if anyone else knows better feel free to chime in!

Unlimited is available on 12 night cruises. Not sure about 15 but I'm sure they adjust the price.

The Rib Steak at Chops, The Burrito at Sabor, and heaven help me the best lasagna in the world at jaimie's Italian.

That’s a great question however I’m 99% confident the ice cream from the promenade or boardwalk would not be included. The only ice cream included is the soft serve up on the pool deck I believe :)

I find this all so confusing. lol..I have called RC, but, they are so vague about what is included. They were not able to tell me what restaurants you would have to pay extra for?! My question is...If you buy the Unlimited package, is your dinner at Chops, Hooks, etc... 100% covered? Or do you pay extra? And, if you have the unlimited drink package, are you able to order drinks in the restaurant under that package as well?

Yes it’s 100% covered unless you add on alcoholic beverages and you don’t have a deluxe drink packages or you add on one of the special lobster meals (they’re at the very bottom of the menu and say the price next to them). Non alcoholic drinks are usually covered out of convenience even if you don’t have a refreshment package either, but you should ask because technically they could charge you if they wanted to. But I’ve luckily never been charged for soda when I’m at the specialty restaurants. I always tip a little extra on top of the package because I know royal doesn’t actually tip alot of them out fairly unfortunately. Thanks for commenting, I hope this helps!

@@OhanaVlog Thanks SO much for your reply...Love your video---We are cruising with our friends (we all have older teenagers) and none of us could figure this out! Now that we understand that all food is included except for a la cart restaurants (which we will try to figure that out now!)...it is a no brainer--- Especially if our teenagers can go eat at Johnny Rockets and go to the Sports Bar and stuff---Do you have advice on purchasing the gratuity package? Or should we just bring a bunch of cash?! I will look to see if there are videos on that---Again, thanks for the quick reply!

It all is delicious but at the very packed dinner times there’s definitely a less mass produced feel to the food from the specialty dining locations, it’s hard to compare and beat unless you’re paying full price at 40 dollars or more a head. I love my experience with the UDP 😌
